Review Time
Normally I don't write reviews, but the Base service was so bad I just need to at least try to bring it to their attention.A few issues:1. Base Business clients are forwarded to Telenet Business customer service. At Telenet, they have no clue how this happens, and can't help. Which means you have to hang up, call Base again, and hope they don't forward you to Telenet again (which happened twice).2. Base Business Service is plain rude, or was having a really bad day.- When asked whether our subscription had been changed by someone at our company (as none of us received notice of this) the response was "I am not going to check that in the thousands of mails we receive.". - When asked why we keep receiving emails and messages from Telenet, the response is "Of course you're receiving mails from Telenet, we've merged." Is that something all Base clients are supposed to know. And does it make sense to brand yourself as Telenet Business if nobody at Telenet knows anything about it? - To finish it all of, she stated "We have a contract with your employer, not with you. So ask them." Technically this is not true, as the employer only covers a fixed amount of the costs and we pay a surplus every month directly to Base. As such, we're the ones paying the overtime fees when the subscription is wrong.Anyways, the conclusion is: 1 hour wasted, 6 different phone calls, and no response to quite a simple question: why was our subscription changed and how does it impact me.
Very very very very bad customer service at Leuven store. Feel very mad. For emergency problem, I went to their store four times in three days and the problem can't solve. And this problem is made of base technical part!!!!! They just let you to wait or they can't help you, ignore how worried you are. No respection. Actually I just want to give zero for experience. If time can go back, because of this bad service, I won't purchase any products from base anymore.
On July 7, I ordered a package of iPhone XR + the data subscription. Until July 8, I never received the confirmation of my order while I checked it has been debited from my credit card for the amount of 549.00 euro. I contacted them myriad times: through facebook, phone and none of them know what they are doing and how to resolve the issue. After a week, the CS on Fb tells me that I should go to their physical stores instead. I went to the BASE store in Meir only for them to tell me that they couldn't help because they don't handle issue for orders that is not made in stores. I complained again to the CS on Fb and this time they told me to contact: onlinesimsupport. Another week passes by and still no solution.. That I ended up raising dispute through mastercards to cancel my payment. Really bad service and no one seems to know what's going on and until today (July 22, 2020) they still have not come back to resolve the issue. Avoid having problem with BASE, because it will remain a problem.
