One Star is too many. Purchased a leather jacket online several weeks ago and returned to Belstaff, due to being too small. As of today I’ve still not received the refund but been told several times it would be processed. Even had to pay the Credit Card Bill for the jacket, it's taken so long. Strongly advise to purchase from a shop than use the online service.
I ordered a Milford peacoat £900 for my son. The parcel eventually received after informing belstaff DHL did not have my full address after providing it to belstaff. I couldn’t believe the state of the coat which looked like it had been thrown in covered in hairs and fluff with no packaging to protect it whilst in transit. Also no return or order form was enclosed. The box was full of large holes. I emailed belstaff enclosing pictures of the state the coat and the box. I received no response.
Genuinely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. There product itself I have no problem with. If you are returning anything good luck. 7 weeks in and a email confirmation saying they will give me a refund I’m still nowhere. My emails are now being ignored. They won’t reply to my call and currently going through different avenues to amend the issue.
