The clothes are great and I really like them but they really let themselves down when it comes to returns. If you have to return anything it is such a slow process to get a refund and it can take weeks, this is much longer than with other companies.I would like to thank Louisa for her excellent customer service though, she would get 5 stars.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I really wanted to highlight the exceptional customer service I received from Bolu.I had accidentally ordered the Fieldmaster instead of the Trailmaster and reached out to customer service hoping to sort things out. Bolu responded quickly, walked me through the return process step-by-step, and even went out of their way to create a custom order and apply my original discount as a gesture of goodwill — something they didn’t have to do. That level of care and professionalism really stood out.Throughout the whole experience, Bolu was patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Every email was clear and prompt, and I never felt rushed or overlooked. Even when I later discovered a sizing issue, Bolu continued to assist without hesitation and monitored the return to ensure I would be refunded.It’s rare these days to feel this taken care of by customer service, and Bolu absolutely delivered. Because of their support, the entire process — which could’ve easily been stressful — ended up being smooth and very positive.Belstaff is lucky to have Bolu on their team, and I’ll definitely continue shopping with the brand because of this experience.— Daniel
Purchased a jacket for my husband for his birthday and needed to return a size that didn’t work out. Had to reach out to customer service to resolve a refund issue, but Bolu was able to step in quickly and get it resolved incredibly fast. Thank you, Bolu!

A first class service as always. On this occasion, I had dealt with Louisa at customer services, who dealt with my query swiftly and efficiently! I am a regular belstaff customer, and whether is be the clothing products or the customer experience, they never fail to deliver!
2 weeks and waiting for a refund. They have the jacket - it was tracked. But no response to emails and no money refunded is a pretty terrible way to deal with your customers.Shame - because your jackets are really nice. But how can I trust a company that sits on my money?
