Could I please get a response to an outstanding order from the beginning of December. UKW 296969The transaction was made part gift card and part card payment I have finally received the card payment refund but have not received the gift card/credit note. Really poor that I’m having to escalate this. I have emailed customer service AGAIN and getting no response with that or any response when calling. The lack of customer service is really damaging the Belstaff brand.

But what impressed me even more was the level of service I received.Mike was exceptional from start to finish. He was responsive, patient, and genuinely went out of his way to make everything feel seamless and easy. His guidance, follow-up, and attention to detail made the entire process effortless. It’s rare to come across service that feels this personal and thoughtful, and it absolutely elevated my experience with the brand.Belstaff has earned a loyal customer, not only because of their craftsmanship, but because of the outstanding support and care provided by team members like Mike. Highly recommend both the brand and the service.
Premium brand, disappointing service. Belstaff sent me the wrong item, acknowledged the mistake, and then failed to offer a meaningful resolution. The correct item was “out of stock,” and after days of back-and-forth the only response was a repeated discount code asking me to spend more money to fix their error. No replacement, no proper compensation, and no real ownership of the issue. Mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability is what’s unacceptable. If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect premium support. This was my last purchase from Belstaff.
Some time ago I bought a leather Panther Jacket which is superbly finished and look great on. However, a popper fastener broke when fixing a liner. I contacted Belstaff customer service explaining the issue with photographs of the problem. As Belstaff no longer use the exact same part Carl in customer service sent multiple poppers so i could select the nearest likeness. A local repairer then fitted the part as I didn't have the tool to affix it. Thankfully one of the parts provided was so similar, you'd never notice the difference. Carl followed up to make sure I was satisfied, which I am.Thanks to Belstaff, especially Carl. The Panther is an icon of Belstaff and looks amazing.
