Not what I expected from a supposed premium brand .. I ordered a coat from Belstaff which took around 5 days to arrive so that was the good part When the coat arrived in a large box I opened it to find the coat had no plastic covering on it and the sleeves had been rolled up .. it look like it had been returned previously of someone had tried it on & rolled the sleeves up .. I wasn’t happy with the fit either so I decided to return it .. this is more than 3 weeks ago & I have heard absolutely nothing .. I can see it has been delivered to their depot on the 8th Jan .. so no confirmation email no live chat no contact number on when it will be refunded ect .. like I said I thought Belstaff was premium brand but this is all looking a bit like in professional to be honest & it’s very disappointing .. UPDATE … as requested order number UKW-306330 Still have not received any information as to the refund .. I understand that BELSTAFF will be busy but more information or at least confirmation as to what is happening.. Belstaff is not a new company you have at this for many years & these situations should not be happening
My complaint was acknowledged but it took a few weeks, probably due to Christmas and new year. I was offered a part refund instead of the original offer of a credit note for the website error. Although it doesn’t completely solve the issue but much more suitable compromise.Thanks to Mike who was very helpful
Update one week later still no refund!!!! Do not recommend ordering online from this company!!!Update day 2- still waiting on reply after sending order number. Such poor service still waiting on my refund and going by the reviews seems like so many in same situation. No reply to email sent 3 days ago and customer service goes to voicemail. Total joke Update for Belstaff as requested, order number is UKW-304504. Still no reply to my email or phone call so hopefully I hear back from this Long delays with refunds! Item was received by them on 11th January still not emailed to confirm they have received it but I have tracked it via Royal Mail. No replies to email, chat is a bot and customer service is voicemail. Not what you would expect from a premium brand. Has put me off ordering again.
I bought a coat for my husband for Christmas. The coat was lovely, but turned out too large so wanted to exchange for smaller. There was no option to exchange so I returned it and bought a new one in smaller size for £200 more. Then after confirming that they have received the return 10days ago I am still waiting for refund and the new order has been cancelled with no explanation and no apology. This is totally unprofessional and shows cavalier attitude towards their customersEdit after follow up experience with Belstaff -I have now changed the rating from 2 stars to 1 star: the Belstaff team reached out with clarification and offered the discount for next purchase. The refund has not been issued but after my follow up they eventually refunded it (total 13 days after receiving the original coat back). And guess what - the coat is available again! So I buy it again and again it has been cancelled with no information. After trying to buy the same coat thee times I give up. This is truly a joke of a customer service.
I recently purchased a pair of Belstaff Clinch Gloves & they delivered them in just over one day. Unfortunately the postman left my parcel on my doorstep instead of a safe place. And as I wasn’t able to get home a teenage thief helped himself to my parcel, as I had a doorbell camera. Belstaff were exceptional as they refunded my money as sadly they no longer had my size available. Mike from Belstaff was so helpful & I’d like to thank him for helping me in this matter. I’m hoping to buy these Clinch Gloves again when new stock arrives.
Not sure what has happened to Belstaff? As a long time customer (biker and before it became fashionable), I am really disappointed by their service recently. I have had two orders cancelled in the last week. The first order (EU-35341) was cancelled 7 days after the order was placed due to being out of stock. Ok, mistakes happen. I checked their website the following day and the item I originally ordered was back in stock. Great! So, I placed another order for the item (EU-35522) whilst still awaiting my refund for the first order. The item I ordered remained in stock on their website for a further 24 hours. That was 2 days ago. Today, my order was cancelled for a second time as the item was sold out! I would love to know how many people they have done this to? My advice to Belstaff is to stop selling online if you cannot manage the basics of e-commerce. I am now down over £500 whilst I await two refunds. Disappointing.
