Review Time
Unfortunately I am having to leave a poor review. The returns system with Belstaff is appalling. I returned a jumper 30/12/25, it was delivered and received by them 04/01/26. To date I still haven’t been credited, there is no one you can speak to just leave a message and someone will ring you back. I had a response email last week saying that it had been received and was at a ‘hub’ but it was now having to be collated with other returns and sent to the warehouse whereby my return will be processed. I emailed them back saying that as long as it is received at their return destination I should be credited. Where the parcel goes to after isn’t my problem & why should I wait for other returns to be collated. I am £247.50 out of pocket for an item that I returned 13 days ago. Absolute abysmal returns policy. Considering I returned an item to Hackett last Monday 05/01/26, it was received 07/01 & I was credited 08/01 seems far more professional.
Absolutely dreadful customer service for what is supposed to be a premium brand. I bought a very expensive jacket before Christmas. The quality of it is very poor considering the price of it, badly stitched, the hanging hook broke after a few days so can’t hang the jacket up anywhere. Have reached out to them and have still not heard anything back, I won’t ever purchase from Belstaff again.
Problems fulfilling orders. Placed 1st order - few days later was informed of a refund due to stock outage. Complained to customer service who take 5 days to get back to you. They gave me a 15% voucher off a full priced item which is nowhere near the reduction on the sale item. Placed a second order and the same thing happened again. Complete waste of time and effort. Won’t be trying again.
Recently, when I needed to contact Belstaff customer service, I'm surprised I received an individual solution wrote by Bolu from customer service (who allowed me to write the name here).I just want to express my gratitude to Bolu who provide me a pragmatic and reliable solution for my issue I had during my order process. This satisfying customer experience makes me even more happy when I wear the great Belstaff jackets I bought this time and I'm looking to future adventures with Belstaff and its reliable customer service!
Really struggling to get any information from Belstaff ,I have had issues with 3 orders in January first was I ordered a jacket and without any communication the order was cancelled 4 days after taking the money with no explanation. Secondly I currently have one order returned and awaiting a refund on order no UKW-309871, Foolishly i purchased another jacket on order UKW-310759 and you have sent the wrong colour to which I have tried using your customer service portal and have had no one contact me about a return or replacement. Why are you now so difficult to contact and customer service is non existent?Update: I have been contacted with a potential fix to purchase the correct jacket at an additional cost to me and return the wrongly supplied jacket for a refund that will take up to 14 working days plus my banks processing time because of your mistake come on, Is this the best customer service Belstaff can offer its loyal customers?.
What can i say but customer services have been amazing. I ordered a jumper for my husband & then saw that 1st order 10% off. I contacted customer service & they asked once I received the order & was happy to let them know & they removed the 10% from my pay pal payment. Kept in contact were amazing 😃
