My order UKW306927 has not been refunded . I have had no acknowledgment email to say it’s been returned, it has because I have tracked it! I have emailed you … NO RESPONSE. I have phoned you … NO RESPONSE. On line chat NO RESPONSE. I am sure I will get an automated reply from this but it doesn’t help me. Please refund ASAPJust wanted to warn others be aware if you return you may not get a refund and customer service is nonexistent!!
Ordered an item on 29th December with paid promised despatch 1-3 days for my husbands birthday. Now 7th January 2026 with repeated e-mails, still no reply other than to advise my e-mails have been received & someone will come back to me. Tracking on website states despatch pending.
Poor Customer service UKW-295424 order number as requested- again! Item been returned since 27/12/24 been with them for over two weeks yet no response or refund received. Email response is an automated reply they are closed for Xmas. Considering the rice if the items service is shocking!
Order number 4065184686I returned a £341 coat I bought my husband for Christmas as it was too big. This was sent back in December and I STILL haven’t received my refund. My emails are being ignored. That’s a long time to hold on to such a lot of money. I am now having to contact my credit card to see if they can get my money. Will not be ordering from Belstaff again!!
You cannot speak to a real person from them I have emailed several times and it is AI response ..I phoned also that is an automated call ..leave a message was what I got I ordered something for a Christmas gift and it was supposed to take 3 days to come still have not got it ..just ruined somebody's Christmas present
Great clothes, and amazing customer support I purchased two jackets by accident. We couldn't cancel in time (because their shipping is also stellar), so I had to return one. If you're in the US, this can take some time--and in my case, there were some issues with customs and transfers. Louisa, who helped me, actually tracked everything down and always was communicative. She went the extra mile (or kilometer, if you'd like) and gave a level of support you don't often find anymore.100% amazing support experience.
