Yet another garbage hopeless company that couldnt care less how bad its service is. I returned an item on May 28th which they received on May 29th. Its now June 17th and i still have not received a refund. Spend your money elsewhere.....
I have been buying clothing from Belstaff for years, first getting introduced to them in Austin TX at Revival cycles. I bought the jacket long way up. Then when going to the UK i would always stop in and get some clothing. I have been very happy. Recently Marcus from their customer service price matched a sale item which was very nice of him.
Quality is fantastic, highly recommend. Dealt with this company for a few years now and have no complaints about items I’ve bought.Although one item was missing from my last order - I spoke to Marcus in customer services who sorted everything out. He was great, nothing too much trouble to him. Credit to his employers - Anthony Curley
The returns process is a joke! Be warned Firstly there is no option to exchange items When you do return the process takes weeks! I am still waiting despite contacting customer service! Blaming it on a transition to a new returns platform! I honestly think a really bad company to deal with for straight answers! Again today I have asked for an update .. the goods are expensive! So I’m sure you understand the frustration!
I had an issue with two pairs of Longton jeans from Belstaff. The jeans I ordered were supposed to be 34" in length but when the arrived, they were closer to 36" in length. I've purchased many pairs of jeans from Belstaff in the past but never had an issue with size. I spoke with Mike in customer service and we were able to come to a fair resolution. I split the cost of the tailoring of the jeans with Belstaff instead of returning the jeans. Mike refunded my account. I've had a few issues with Belstaff garments in the past and it seems that Mike is the one in customer service that can resolve such issues. I love Belstaff products and its customer service. Belstaff, give Mike a raise! He deserves it :) PS. I've read some of the reviews below and not sure what has happened in each case. I've always found Belstaff customer service, very easy to. work with. All of my purchases from Belstaff have been online, so sizing sometimes can be an issue, as it is with every other clothing company. I will stick with being a loyal customer of Belstaff.
As a frequent customer I'm always reassured by the effort Belstaff make in supporting their customers, not just in designing their clothes - A last-minute need to change delivery address in between placing the order and it being shipped was no problem for Louisa, who overnight found a solution to the problem I'd created - great, proactive, customer-service, thank you Louisa, with the service, not just the clothes, keeping me coming back
