Great value and service

We subscribed to this service for our daughter who has a device but no smartphone. It works wonderfully! Excellent price and service. It took a bit of effort to get messaging functioning without a smartphone, but we managed and are very pleased with the service.

Nice to have but not super reliable

We use this watch for my 10 year old when she’s around the neighborhood with friends. Unfortunately, I’d say it doesn’t receive calls or messages about a third of the time. Sometimes she receives messages hours later. It doesn’t seem to matter whether it’s connected to our home network or not. Restarting the watch doesn’t help.
