The onboarding instructions were clear and easy to setup. It worked like a charm in the first try. The signal coverage is good so far and my son is enjoying his watch.

Update - 22 Nov 2025I have been contacted by Astral at BetterRoaming, and she has been excellent. My overpayments have now been refunded and her service has been excellent. I cancelled my plan 3 years ago, and they are continuing to bill me.I regularly contact them, and they tell me it's taken care of, and it happens every time.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

“I tried using BetterRoaming and unfortunately had a really poor experience. They charged me, but the service never actually worked, and I couldn’t find a customer service number to get help. Just a heads-up for anyone else considering it.It’s a waste of money and time

Constant reception issues. Call only connect perhaps 5% of the time. No way to contact any form of customer support - you have to lodge an email ticket

No customer service replies

No customer service replies, terrible Data connection. The number no longer makes or receives calls. Don't waste your time, and join one of the other main phone companies.

Extremely disappointed with their service and product. They don't deserve 1 star!! Signed up for one year upfront for my child apple iwatch se and it doesn't even work. My recommendation is not sign up for 1yr, try month by month so you are happy. Look elsewhere
