Review Time
Scammed me from day 1, I never even got the service to connect to my watch so I tried to cancel and I can’t even get a response back from support, now they are charging me for a monthly subscription and I just want to cancel. I NEED AND WANT MY REFUND!
We are with a family of 4 people, and bought 4 packs. None of them work properly. We are asking for help for 5 days now and they do nothing to help us. If they can’t help us we want are money back, but they don’t react at all. You sent only a mail on the 14th, we replied on the 14th, reminded a few times on the 14th, the 15th, the 16th. No reaction at all.
Paid for a plan for my son’s Apple se watch as I didn’t want him to have a phone. There is hardly any coverage. It drops out constantly more off than on. This is actually a safety issue for me if I can’t contact my son when I need to and vice versa. We are in Australia. Surely there are other providers that can provide consistent coverage for us here. It is not a third world country. I have been sent the exact same messages of troubleshooting. It works for a short time then off again. Unbelievably frustrating and a waste of our money. Still awaiting a phone call 2-3 days later!
I brought a plan for my daughter’s Apple Watch as I didn’t want her having a phone yet. It has no worked for us and I can’t get onto anybody from better roaming. I have sent numerous emails with no reply. I also went onto a 7 day free trial but they also took my money straight up. I still have heard nothing back and would like this rectified asap. Not happy with the customer service as I have had none. My daughters watch is still without a current plan.
Bought a package for indonesia. It was able to connect to my phone but the data did not activate. I emailed and they replied they will check it out. 1 week past and I still had no answer. I emailed twice again, still no answer and no refund...
I ignored all the other reviews and thought I won't have the same problems. I did.I paid for an eSim and it didn't connect so I requested a refund because a competitor worked immediately.It takes them 24-36 hours to reply via email which is the only method of communication available and they always contradict each other.First person asked for the ICCID. So I supplied it and waited and waited for a response. Finally I get one and a different person says that's useless they can't find how to issue a refund based on that and asked for the email.YOU MEAN THE EMAIL I'M USING TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOU?!?So now I'll have to wait another day or two and probably get the run around again. Then they have the nerve to put a line about "this issue will automatically close in 2 days".It takes y'all that long to respond!By far the worst customer support I've ever experienced. Imagine if you actually had a time sensitive issue while abroad?Please don't ignore this and other reviews that all say the same thing. Stay far away from this company. It's not worth it. You'll just end up like the rest of us regretting our decision.I just want my refund for your defective product. It shouldn't have taken more than an hour! It never connected to the network so no data was ever used.
