This site has become a total scam. In case of problems there’s no way to get in touch with them, do not expect any assistance at all, yet they would have a 26% cut from the price of the ride.Furthermore, if you as a driver experience issues which are not your fault and are completely out of your control (such as hitting an unmarked porthole on the motorway and damaging your car) - not only will you have no assistance - neither to you, nor to your passengers, but when you’d email them asking to provide refunds, you’d get an AI-generated reply stating that you were putting your passengers at risk and therefore your profile is suspended!Completely outrageous.
I booked a bus from spain to portugal, the time of booking, they asked if want to upgrade seat for amenities(ex extra leg room-on demand vidoe etc)Turn out all the seats are same they just try to upsale you same basic seat. Requested for fare adjustment and they refused, blaming the operator company,Next level scam
I bought online a seat from Annecy France to Geneva airport only to discover that my flight to London was late so i went to the BlablacarBus app to change the timing to a late departure.It says clearly that you can exchange tickets but the app will send you straight to buy another ticket so i had no choice but to buy another ticket and lost my first ride.I never use BlaBlaBus ever again.
horror. disgusting experience. I bought a ticket from Ljubljana to Zagreb and they cancelled it at the ticket office. That's not a problem as long as they don't want to refund my money for the ticket. Despite all the evidence sent to my email that the ticket was purchased, they persistently try to tell me that I am not registered. Never again. unprofessional. horror, horror
Scammy and Horrendous support. Total waste of your money and time, please do not use this, you are better off WALKING! Worst experience with any company I have ever had, not sure how they are still in operation, they deserve to go to court for their horrendous practices.

I’m AbhishekI suppose to travel to paris from London. The driver from initial he was doing racism and made me stand till last moment of the booking, there was couple of chinese they had Schengen visa, he let them inside the bus. But he refused and he didn’t allow me to enter the bus, it’s clearly shows that he did racism towards me. I have Schengen visa valid till December 2026. Right now, i took flix bus and traveling to paris. How did he allow me then in flix bus?Such a shit Services from bla bla bus. I paid 150£ to go to paris.Disgusting service from the company, untrained and no humanity.
Paid extra to reserve a seat on Paris - Tignes overnight bus as I get travel sick. The driver said to everyone to sit anywhere - had to argue with her for 2 minutes to get my seat. Buses have no leg room and don’t stop at services. On the London to Paris service, driver speaks no English so no idea what’s going on.
Very bad UX and CX experience. Their refunds policies are horrible they kept your money. Is very disapointment. I had better experience and prices with Flixbus or Omio. It does not gives you the chance as Omio to save the ticket in Google Wallet. The payent page always gets stuck.
