My experience with BlaBlaCar was…

My experience with BlaBlaCar was absolutely unacceptable. Despite reaching the bus 30 minutes before departure, the driver exhibited rude and unprofessional behavior, refusing to let me board. To make matters worse, BlaBlaCar’s customer support showed zero accountability, hiding behind rigid policies and refusing to issue a refund. This complete lack of empathy and respect for paying customers is disgraceful. BlaBlaCar clearly prioritizes profits over providing decent service. I strongly advise others to avoid this service at all costs. Unreliable, unprofessional, and a terrible experience overall!

If I could remove the star I will do it without hesitation.I arrived before 20 min. After calling them they told me there is a retardation of 1 h without informing us!!!!Shame

Worst experience ever had

Worst experience ever had. No guidance by phone to reach the meeting point, bus arrived earlier and couldn't take it, close to the meeting point there was another signal which confused me and will confuse everyone, you need to check this things, I asked a refund by they just don't care.

Don't know what a once great service has come to

I came back to BlaBlaCar because I wanted to hitch a hike from central Germany to my home place in Grisons, Switzerland and back. About half a year ago, I tried a similar thing. No luck because there were no offers. Now I really tried, found offers, and whatever I tried, none of the drivers I tried to hitch a hike with 'replied in time'. I used to be a member offering rides and hitching them. Some ten years ago. Everything was fine then. Now, unless you go through half of Europe, the BlaBla fee almost doubles the price, you have a hassle of identification steps before even getting as far as sending a booking request. And BlaBla gets in the way of actually contacting someone who might be of help. In my own profile, I didn't find anything even similar to a reply-time setting. So, the reply time I get whenever I send a request seems to be of BlaBla's making. BlaBla possibly makes finding rides difficult because they want you to use their – quite expensive – buses rather than a person. Weird and sorry. I am now considering closing my profile and account definitely. This is not a service, but has become an antiservice.

The promised refund isn't an actual refund in cash, but in the form of a voucher. I didn't find this clear and would appreciate it if BlaBlaCar was more transparant about this.

This company doesn’t work properly as they act tyrannically, no explanations, no response. Management blocks your account without speaking to you or giving a reason. It’s a pity, as the idea is goodAnd here is proven. I wrote the review on the 12th of December and they replied on the 6th of February…..

over €150 in vouchers

I accepted over €150 in vouchers. But on their website, and app, is not available even one option for vouchers. They just ask for payment AGAIN!! How am I going to pay if they have €150 already for services I haven't even used?! They keep me sending indtructions but it is getting nowhere. I'm just walking in circles: there aren't any options to use our vouchers and the company demands payment again if we want to use their services. Beyond disappointed. Time is passing and they don't do anything to help besides repeating themselves with procedures they are well aware don't work AT ALL. AWFUL experience. I'd be surprised if they understand our/mine situations and take EFFICIENT actions to solve these problems they are responsável for. "You can use your vouchers until last week of December". Yeah, but U DON'T LET US

Driver possibly stole my bag

If you’re considering traveling with BlaBlaBus, think twice. I had a truly awful experience when my bag went missing—and I believe the driver took it.Here’s what happened: I accidentally left my bag on the bus and realized it 40 minutes later. I immediately called their support, but they were completely unhelpful. While I was stuck navigating their bureaucratic "lost and found" system, I tracked my bag with AirPods inside using the Find My app. Next day the location showed that my bag was taken back to Brussels — I went there and it appeared to be a hotel where BlaBlaCar Bus drivers stay.The Find My app showing that location means that someone opened my bag and my AirPods case at that hotel. All signs pointed to the driver. When I informed the drivers company, their representative (he was in the hotel) confirmed the driver’s identity but couldn’t contact him at the time. After that, the representative conveniently became unreachable.What’s worse is that BlaBlaBus uses subcontractor drivers, so if something like this happens, it’s nearly impossible to get your belongings back.This was a nightmare, and I feel obligated to warn others. If you value your belongings, avoid BlaBlaBus. The lack of accountability and terrible support is not worth the risk.

They stole my headphones 🎧I’ve contacted the support and they told me to contact the driver. I don’t have they contact details - of course.Im going to the police. This is the worse bus company I have ever been.
