This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.I placed an order for a winter tire package on November 26, but the tires never arrived at the garage. I contacted Juan and Simon multiple times. At first, I was told the tires had been delivered. Later, they said the delivery would happen soon and that someone would get in touch with me. Despite all this, I never received clear answers or updates. The lack of communication and follow-through was extremely disappointing.It felt like they were stalling and making excuses. I ended up canceling my order and going with another supplier. Their behavior was completely unprofessional and, frankly, felt racist.As of today, December 17, I still haven’t received my refund.Save yourself the trouble and avoid dealing with them.
If you like to be lied to repeatedly then buy your tires through these losers. This is my 3rd purchase through BlackCircles and now my second terrible customer service experience, NEVER AGAIN. 3-5 business days? I've now passed 10 business days and not one person there can supply a tracking number or even who the shipper is. This place is a joke
They basically lost a set of tires. Garage says they never received them, but BC says they were signed for. I've spoken to about 5 different people who tell me they will call me back, but never do. They refuse to ship another set until they "resolve" the issue. Trying to cancel now, let's see if they give my money back.
