I had a great experience buying new tires from Blackcircles Canada. The tires (All Weather) were exactly what I was searching for AND I found them at the lowest price of any competitor, retail or online. The seamless process of shipping tires to my preferred garage, having an appointment set up for me and a price match guarantee being honoured is what I call excellent customer service. Well done, I will send friends :)
I ordered general tires from this company on October 14, 2023.On October 23, 2023 I called because I haven't received the tires??They told me because I live remote that it would take an additional 14 days to receive the tires??I live in NL and 10 minutes outside of St. John's. How is that remote? Jeanette said she would find out more information and email the information to me. She called back 5pm my time and said FedEx had assigned another company to deliver the tires? I said to her that FedEx delivers in my location daily so there is something shady going on here. She suggested that I speak with her supervisor. Apparently the supervisor is supposed to call me. In the meantime, how does something so simple as delivery tires to NL become a 30 day delivery process? Never will I buy tires from this "broker" again. Oh yeah the tires are being shipped from Moncton NB not china, mexico or any other part of the world.
First time buying from Blackcircles.ca after a recommendation from a friend. Pricing and discount codes were excellent. Ordered at 12:30 on Friday and the FedEx truck was in my driveway at 10:00 Saturday morning. No issues and no BS with this company, deliver what they sell. I ordered a set of expensive Continental Extreme Contact DWS06 Plus tires 295/45R20 for my Grand Cherokee SRT. These tires cost me nearly $2200. They shipped them loose without any packaging! When I received the tires all the sidewalls were very scraped up / damaged and did not look like new tires. I complained right away to Juan, and he told me that he would do something for me, but he did NOTHING except for waste my time. The only thing they could offer me was to return them at a loss.I was really looking forward to brand new expensive tires for my Jeep, but instead I am so disappointed with what I received. I'm even MORE disappointed with the lack of customer service. How hard would it be to even put plastic wrap around the tires to protect them in transit? Another thing was that I got an email telling me to expect them a certain day. I made an appointment to get them installed, but only 3 of them turned up. I had to wait over the weekend for the 4th tire. How hard is it to ship them all at the same time? This company plays weird games, would NOT use them again.
Bought a set of winter tires a week ago and after they were delivered the DOT is from Nov 2021. I asked them to switch them for a newer set but they only offered me to return them for a 100 dollar fee. Be careful here because saving 50-100 compared to Costco will get you an old set of tires that won’t last long.
Recommended fitment at a fitment centre that was not equipped to fit the tyres. Only informed of the fact that fitment could not be done when following up with fitment centre not Blackcircles. When contacting support they sent alternatives, top of the list of alternative fitment centres was the original location which had confirmed they were unable to fit the tyre in the first place. After requesting and confirming an alternative and following up....... complete radio silence from the support team. A great business model but unfortunately not the service and support capability to follow it up
Fantastic pricing. Ordered a set of Scorpion AS3 tires which were $230 cheaper (total price) than my local tire shop before the mail-in rebate! Tires came in two days later via FedEx to my home. I had them installed by end of the week. Not sure why anyone would buy from a local shop anymore.I did not use their recommended shops. Preferred to use my own mechanic.
