The worst company ever.If you consider to order any products from this site ,I would strongly suggest you not to do that.Sure,the price seems cheaper than other places. However your order never gets on time,really poor tracking systems and very poor processing of refund.It has been over 20days ever since I have got the confirmation letter for refunding.Until now I only hear that we are working on it.Please reconsider buying any products from this site.I do not want to give them even one star. ZERO STAR
Fantastic deal fast service - Blown away. Cheapest price on the Michelin Cross Climate 2 for a Volvo XC90 with 20 inch rims. I ordered them Monday at 6pm. They were on my doorstep on Wednesday at noon. I saved over 250 total vs going to a local tire shop.
Excellent to do business with. I ordered 4 Michelin Cross Climete 2 and they arrived as described. I have not installed it yet but they look really good.This company is legit. Contacted the customer service to ask for tracking and they responded so quick.I will buy from them again. Highly recommended.
These folks shipped me product with a defect and refused to replace a tire that had a cut in it. I reported it within 2 days of receiving the tires. I was told to use the Road Hazard Warranty instead. Buyer beware. I am extremely disappointed.My frustration is further compounded by analysis of a single photo of a tire that is literally 2 days old (yes, I should have noticed at time of mounting and yes, is on original Toyota 2004 rim that does have some curb rash that is not co-located). I have to FIRST fix the unrepairable tire by purchasing a 5th tire and then submit to road hazard in hopes I get my money returned to me and all the requirements of the road hazard warranty are met. So much for my wonderful buying experience. I have learned my lesson. Don't buy tires over the internet and certainly not from blackcircles.ca. I am sorry, but that's my experience.You folks keep asking me to file a road hazard warranty claim and you don't even realize I can't do that until I buy a 5th tire (which is done) and receive it, install it and take pictures off the rim (as per your own process). Now I have a car I can't drive, no replacement tire (yet), and have paid out for 5 tires.
