Review Time
Ordered tires which came from two warehouses (i have a staggered tire setup with different rears than fronts), the rears were delayed significantly shipping from the warehouse after I was given a tracking number. I brought this up when I saw the order was stuck at label created and Fedex saying they never received the package. Initially i had a pretty frustrating experience as I was passed around between reps who didn't really seem to be listening to what I was saying. Eventually i was transferred to a rep who genuinely did his best to help me. They ended up transferring the order to another warehouse and tires arrived a couple days later. Once the tires shipped they were quick to arrive and I think using Fedex is a big benefit of this company since in my experience they are quickest courier and most of the other online companies i found don't use them. I ended up getting the full order in 10 calendar days. They did offer me some compensation for the trouble and delays. Initially I was pretty irritated but in the end I do think the company's service team made a solid effort to help me, they were also very easy to get hold of on the phone which is a luxury these days. I'm giving 4/5 stars as while this was a supplier issue black circle is ultimately responsible for choosing the suppliers and their workflow/tracking processes. The customer service in the end really saved this.
Tire lost in transit but this wasn't known until the night before I was due to have my tire installed. Tire re-orded but has waited around for a week and still not been shipped out. Told to contact garage and wait for it to turn up, no support offered whatsoever by Black Cirlces. Appalling customer service and still no idea when my tire will turn up. This is to replace a flat tire which I couldn't purchase anywhere else locally. Supposed to be a 1 week turn around now looking like 3.....
Ordered winter tires from this place. Tires that arrived were over 1 year old. Tried to return them but they expected me to pay freight back like it was my fault for trying to return old tires. Customer service ghosted me when I tried to complain to a manager, sales rep basically laughed at my point that these tires are old stock. Will be needed three more sets of tires in the near future, won’t be buying here!
Atrocious, do not trust them. First changed from a local shop to a remote shop 30 mins away. They sent me an appointment confirmation for 8am but the shop doesn't even open until 830am. Then when the shop opens they don't have the tires. Two hours wasted for round trip travel plus waiting for them to even figure out what was going on. They offered nothing but lip service for their many errors and my time.
(about Canadian branch) Ordered tires with installation, scheduled the appointment on time and date that were available (after 7+ days) and was confirmed. At the scheduled time I visited the tire installation center and no one couldn`t find my tire set. I was told that it is a frequent issue. So I spent 1.5h absolutely useless.I called (no response) and wrote an email to support - still no response.I strongly do not recommend online ordersUPDATE As they said it was a partner delivery issue. I was contacted and got my tires.
