Review Time
Tire was a day late and I was off to a trip the next day and needed a new spare for my trailer. Juan was accommodating and the tire appointment eeked in so I went to the shop to drop off the spare. When I looked at the tire it was the wrong brand, completely the wrong size and the wrong type (they sent a sports car tire, I ordered an all-terrain. The guy at the shop was dumbfounded too as he looks at the order and nothing matched. They wasted my time and now are holding my money hostage until we go through the return process for a tire I didn’t even take. I don’t recommend this company at all.
Multiple shipping errors, a used tire sent, and I had to return an extra one they mistakenly delivered. The process wasted my time, caused unnecessary stress, and they offered only a pathetic compensation. I expected far better from a company of this size.
I never received my tires and Black Circle is refusing to refund me. It has now been a month and a half since I should have had my tires.They sent me a photo from the carrier but it clearly shows a location that is not my address. I also didn’t receive any tracking number until several days after the supposed delivery.They asked me to file a police report, which I did but now they’re telling me they still won’t issue a refund.At this point, I suspect the tires were never actually shipped and that’s why they are refusing to refund me.
So disappointed with this company. I ordered a set of 4 tires to go on a 1985 S10. I made the mistake of ordering what I saw and that was exactly what I needed. Raised white letters. Just like the image on their website. It was not what was shipped and that was an issue so I had contacted them about that. they responded I could return them for a refund which would be great except for the hundreds of dollars for shipping you have to eat. And then pay for more shipping to get what you need. ( the joys of shopping online). They then informed me it was all my mistake because it said BSW in the description( I didn't recall seeing that at all or would know what the means) and they have a clause in their agreement that the images are for illustration only. They should be very clear, especially with online business. I guess the only time you read the fine print is when you have a problem. I found someone locally that could properly make the raised letters white at a cost of $80. I requested they should compensate for the unexpected cost and use that as an opportunity to fix the problem. They offered to return or give a $30 credit on account. I am not sure their response would inspire me to do business with them again. they didn't want to remedy the situation, they just wanted to deflect blame. I want to start off by saying, no company is perfect or has no issues and I respect that but how company's respond to these issues is a reflection of their character. This company doesnt face their problems, they deflect. The price was good, the shipping was vague and the service in my view poor... It is tough purchasing online, especially when the shipping is so costly. its experiences like this that turn me off of it. If I had know there would of been an issue with not getting what I had ordered, I would of been more diligent in questioning but even that is a challenge with response times. If details are important to you, this is probably not the company you want to do business with. Its not that they have problems, its how they deal with them that is the measure of their business and has earned them a 1 star.

Very easy to use website. One of the best tire sites out there. Great prices. Extremely fast shipping. Tires were the exact ones I ordered. DOT date code was for 32nd week of 2024. We are now in March of 2025, so the date code was good. Tires were clean and all from the same batch. Prices were lower than other sites and they beat all local dealers. Money in my pocket is better than in someone else's. Just got them installed this morning and they are beautiful. The installer was impressed with these Continental ExtremeContact tires. I am so happy that I just ordered 4 more tires for our SUV. Saved over $250 on those tires compared to local dealers. No brainer purchase. I am very happy with my purchase. I will buy from them again in the future.
