Review Time
As a followup to my previous review - returned tires from august. STILL have not received my refund as promised. Want to charge me a restocking fee when it was their mistake. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people - you could be like me and be waiting for $2000 back you cannot afford.
It is very unclear what is included in the tire price, received half my order in the mail, tires were not installed as I had assumed (and not instructed of during the ordering process). Waited on the hold for a couple hours then hung up, finally got a hold of a guy on their messenger service who was rude and very unresponsive. The guy offered no solution and suggested that I was needing to pay an additional 200 to return the tires... I had the credit card charge cancelled and refunded. Lesson learned - go with a reputable shop or online retailer who has GOOD customer service, inclusive packages and better prices.
These guys have been great. Two sets of wheels and tires over a couple of years. Needed a replacement center cap for one of my wheels a year a later and their customer service was prompt to reply and get the part in the mail. Great service from Black Circles and fast shipping of wheels, tires, parts.
Please do not do business with this website. While tires were promptly shipped and they look good, my computer glitched out accidentally ordering the tires twice. I received two receipts. When I reached out to ask about the mistake, the company refused to take back the second set of tires without a restocking fee. They explained people order multiple sets of tires all the time. My question is then this: why would they not order on ONE receipt? Not multiple copies back to back—same address, same card number, same name.They also left this second set at the garage for an enormous amount of time, clogging up the poor gentlemans shop. DO NOT do business with them. If you have an issue, you will not be taken care of well.
Purchased 3 Carlisle Trail HD ST225/75R15 E rated tires and received one mismatching D rated tire. Reached out over phone, email and there contact forum on there site but after multiple attempts no response. On multiple attempts to contact over the phone I waited 30 minutes or more on all occasions with no luck. Needless to say very disappointed with the outcome of the situation as I’m now stuck with an unusable spare. Would not recommend buy from local and save the hassle of interfacing over the phone.
They're selling outdated stock at premium prices. When my girlfriend received her recent order, it was a disappointment, and we couldn't help but laugh, I was on the verge of buying with them... Their customer service feels like it's run by volunteers and doesn't provide the best support, try to question them on their products and operations and see how incoherent it is. There's no tracking information either. We'd recommend buying from Costco, your local garage, or elsewhere instead.
