If you don't mind getting really old tires, this might be the place.Sure, their policy is to take back tires 3 years old and up. Mine were 8 weeks shy of 3 years (date code 1723). They will soon be three years old by the time I install them.Black Circles offered no resolution to the issue.As my tires are always replaced due to age and not wear, these are a big disappointment.
I found this website through searching on google. I was a little skeptical at first because I had never heard of it before.
