Misleading installer info

Blackcircles tells you that install starts at a certain price but obviously its not the real price and you wont get the price. They also say they'll give you a quote for the install after they book you but when you ask them they say they don't know and makes it seem like you're making their job harder when all you want was the quote you were told you would get. With the shop they advertised as recommended and with high ratings, the tire installation took a while and they overinflated the tires by a good amount, and severely overtorqued my lugs nuts. They also didnt bother wiping up any of the mess they made with the fluids either.

I ran into the situation where I had to replace 1 winter tire ASAP

I ran into the situation where I had a nail in one of my winter tires that could not be repaired. It was urgent that I replace my tire since it was too early to put my summer tires on. It is not easy to buy a winter tire in March! I originally bought my winter tires with Blackcircles, so I went back on their website and found my tires.Within less that 48 hours after I placed my order, my tire was delivered to my home!
