I have contacted them several times with no news or solutions about the recall of the Blendjet 2 series 5201-5542. My blender has the 5204 series and I proceeded to follow the instructions and filled out the corresponding form with a photo of the destruction of the rubber (January 30, 2024), but I have not had any news regarding the replacement that I had to send. It has been more than a year and this generates a defenseless consumer, I do not know if other people in my same situation will have gone to court, since they have stock for sale.
They made a recall because they manufactured dangerous product, but haven't fullfiled their side of the deal. I received an E-mail, that my product is dangerous, and I should dispose it and they will send a new one. Almost 1 year has passed, and the issue has still not been resolved. watch out.
I reported a safety recall issue with my BlendJet over a year ago (March 2024), and despite following all their instructions — including destroying my device — I still haven’t received a replacement.I’ve contacted support multiple times, and all I’ve gotten are vague responses or silence. It's honestly shocking how poorly this has been handled. A company that can’t follow through on a safety recall, especially after asking customers to destroy their product, is not trustworthy.I used to recommend BlendJet to friends — never again.Avoid this brand unless you want to be ignored when something goes wrong.
Buyer Beware.The blendjet 2 stopped working while in it's warranty period. We've contacted the company a couple of times through the only contact point they have. We received emails to say they will be in contact within 48 to 72 hours. We're well past that point now and we haven't heard back from them. I note that I can still buy a new one and they'll send it to me but why would anyone do that when there's no after sales service or warranty.
Like many others I had a perfectly fine blendjet and made the mistake of completing the recall and destroying my seal and unit as instructed…over 4 months ago. No replacement sent, no returned correspondence from the company no delicious smoothies to be had. I used to tell everyone how great they were, I’ll no longer be doing that which is disappointing.
Had a perfectly good blender that worked and then there was the recall. Got told to dispose of my perfectly fine blender beginning of 2024 and would be replaced in a few months. Now April of 2025 and after multiple emails I’m now being ignored. Company essentially told me to throw money down the drain by getting me to throw away an expensive blender with the promise of replacing and then never did. Do not buy from this company if you don’t want scammed.

This company has the worst customer service. All of a sudden, my Blendjet would not charge. I emailed the company on 4/7/25 and have not received any response from them. I also sent a follow-up email and still received no response. I have had several issues with this product, and they do not stand behind their blender. I would never buy or recommend them to anyone. Very poor communication and customer service.
