Blendjet issued a recall in January of 2024. I complied with the recall and waited patiently for my replacement blendjet. Months later, after no response, I emailed them, only to be brushed off in lieu of "supply chain issues". I have reached out multiple times since then only to be greeted with the same response. These issues are false, as many others have found, and I will not be purchasing from this company again after I finally receive my replacement (only after complaints to both the BBB and the cpsc case page).
This company offered replacements back in 2024 after a recall but , it is now the end of March 2025 and still no replacements or date of arrival on the recall replacement or an anticipated date of when or anything. This is terrible business ethics no wonder soo many people are complaining and the bad reviews will never buy any item or recommend this company to any one ever!! This is horrible business practice on their part to treat customers like this . I’m so unhappy and disappointed with the service and every time I reach out it’s always the same answer we don’t know when it will arrive that’s not a good enough answer. BlendJet’s lack of communication with the customers and failure to help deliver a replacement as promised in the recall is unacceptable. I trusted them to stand by their product and provide me a safe replacement, but instead, I have been left without a resolution for over a year and given the run around each time. Bad customer service on their part!!!-If they offer me a solution then and then only will I be updating my review accordingly.
I really loved my Blendjet. But in March2024 there was a voluntary recall.So I destroyed my Blendjet and kept waiting... After 5 months (August 2024) I wrote an email. Blendjet answered very quickly and asked me to stay patient. They told me that they will do the replacement "First come, first service" and there is a big backlog.Now a whole year passed by without any contact.I am a very patient customer but I unluckily lost my trust in their honesty.
I participated in the BlendJet 2 recall in December 2023, following all instructions, including cutting the rubber seal and submitting the required photos. Despite multiple follow-ups, as of March 2025, I have not received my replacement as promised.BlendJet’s lack of communication and failure to honor their recall commitment is unacceptable. I trusted the company to stand by their product and provide a safe replacement, but instead, I have been left without a resolution for over a year.I would not recommend purchasing from BlendJet unless they take responsibility for their obligations and improve their customer service.If BlendJet resolves this issue, I will update my review accordingly. Until then, I advise caution when dealing with this company.
1 Star too many, I have being waiting for over 15months for my recall replacement. I had to cut part of my original product and send back, I keep getting replies from them saying they had shipping problems but recalls are now being shipped from March 2024. It's now March 2025, I don't live on Mars ! Also I know they appreciate my patience, or so they keep saying, but unfortunately after almost 1.5 years later my patience has run out. The thing is they are able to supply me straight away if I went in to purchase a new one right now?. Very bad customer service.
25th April 2025Still no replacement Blendjet after a year without. It's a scam. Avoid this terrible company and product. They lie about replacing the product and they refuse to refund for a product that was dangerously faulty and I have been able to use for over a year. Complete rip off. Avoid at all costs. I destroyed my recalled Blendjet over a year ago Feb 2024) and they still haven't sent a replacement and they refuse to refund. And yet they're still selling the blenders. Lots of Blendjet customers are still without a product that they've paid for. I won't use them again.
Have been waiting well over a year now for my replacement blendjet. They made you cut part of the product in order to apply for the replacement. You get no email confirming your placement even went through and customer service just says you have to wait....but yet they are filling new order easily but screwing over their original customer. Definitely avoid and look for a different product or you'll likely end up in the same boat.
As many others have stated, I followed their instructions and destroyed the seals which renders the unit useless. This was almost a year and a half ago (January 2024). Contacted them several times and they reply with an email that states they are a small company and this recall has hit them hard. Then they have supply issues. However, they have numerous ones on their website for sale. Kept on contacting them and the emails turned into automatic reply's with the same oh woe is me excuse. I filed a complaint with BBB and they said they were going to expedite my base. However, they owe me 2 bases. Once I questioned this, I cannot get them to respond to any email. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. ZERO STARS (we should be able to put negative stars on reviews)
Another fooled customer that had to follow through on the Blendjet 2 recall. It has been over a year since I first contacted Blendjet company for a replacement and I still haven't been notified for anything new up to this day. Waste of money. Do not trust this company.
