Horrible Service

This company is worthless. I have been trying for a year to get my recall resolved. Every time I call to get an update, nothing but lies and BS.I will go out of my way to give this product a horrible review !!!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve been waiting for over a year for a…

I’ve been waiting for over a year for a replacement base. The situation is ridiculous, they made us destroy their faulty product and never fixed the issue. After asking customer service for a timeframe or a refund, I was met with the excuse that they are a small company that got hit hard. Well, I am a consumer that was forced to be in this situation by the company and they are unwilling to provide a solution. Meanwhile they are producing and sending out new blendjets to new customers. I feel insulted. Patience has run out.

Recall never received, over 1 year

I would give 0 stars if I could as customer service is non existent. Proceed with the steps they provided to put way part of their product due to a recall. This was over 1year and no responses been provided, just keep pushing back with "no stock" however is a known issue across the internet and seem that you only get the replacement after go "public".... Very poor for such company which is a shame because their products actually works...

Avoid like the plague

My blender (like many others) was unfortunately part of the recall movement, I destroyed my seal and sent proof like I was asked to do.Believe it or not this was about a year ago and I am still without a replacement, I have also requested a refund to settle the matter on multiple occasions but this is being refused (I don't know how they can have the nerve to refuse a refund after making me break my own blender).I did complain numerous times and eventually got told that they will upgrade me and send me a whole new unit as an apology, I have now just found out about three weeks later that all international shipping is on hold and there is no ETA!This is absolutely disgusting behavior and they are basically robbing people at this point.Avoid at all cost, I have never regretted buying something so much in my life.This company should be thoroughly investigated.

What the heck happened to BlendJet

What the heck happened to BlendJet? We had a BlendJet that we purchased back in July of 2022, which was going strong until the recall, when we had to destroy it per the warranty claim. I chose a SpongeBob one as a keepsake for the warranty replacement, and we bought a separate one in May of 2024, which started having charging issues and pooped out in March of 2025. When I reached out to customer service, I was told that my BlendJet was "now outside of our warranty period, so we won’t be able to accept a return or issue a replacement ." It's a shame, because I had purchased a large blending cup, which I can no longer use, as I don't think I'll be buying another BlendJet if they don't even last a year now.

Failed to replace unsafe units which they recalled and refusing to refund

Bought two units which were part of the safety recall. They made me send proof that I had destroyed the units as part of this process. One year later they are still saying they have no estimated shipping date and are refusing to refund.

I am getting no responses on my recall…

I am getting no responses on my recall replacement. I placed the order for the recall in January 2025. I was told it would take a couple months after reaching out to customer service. I've now followed up once per month (it's now August) and no one replies to my emails. Where is my replacement? So disappointed in this company's way of handling after a longtime customer.

Blendjet, absolute shambolic company based on lies!

Blendjet, they should be utterly ashamed of themselves. Like with many others I am reading on here, I was told by Blendjet to destroy the seal on my blender as I was eligible for a replacement unit as my first purchased blender was included in the product recall. I was told I would receive a new unit within 6 weeks. That was in October 2024 and I am still waiting and we are now in March 2025. Every time I email Blendjet they make the same excuse, that they’re a small business trying their best, but they’re experiencing supply chain issues, yet at the same time, they plaster themselves all over social media advertising their latest blender to potentially innocent customers. Blendjet, if you bother to read these comments, be utterly ashamed of yourselves. A company full of false promises and lies.

Blendjet are an absolute disgrace and their C-Suite should be in jail for taking money for thousands of unsafe and faulty items and never providing the replacements promised. Disgusting.
