Website always says there’s a bus at a certain time then 5 minutes or so before the bus is supposed to arrive it gets cancelled or just completely dissapeared?! Never known such a useless service in my life

Dangerous Driver

Be very careful of the blue star service that travels through Calmore Totton, They have a very dangerous driver that controls the bus in a way that can only be explained as a weapon. There is no point informing Blue star about the problems they have, As they just contact you back saying they have dealt with the matter, within 50 minutes of the incident, You will get a message from the customer service (Alex) Trying to explain there procedures and actions and the driver has been identified, All within 50 minutes that includes the time it took him to read and respond to the complaint.Lets just hope that no one gets injured by this driver

The service received was very poor.Despite attempting many times, the swing feature fails to operate as intended within 15 days of purchasing the new Blue star air conditioner.This malfunction severely impacts the cooling district and overall efficiency of the unit.Action has still not been taken even after logging the complaint.

The so-called 'tap on/ tap off' system…

The so-called 'tap on/ tap off' system was not explained to me which resulted in me paying twice as much for single tickets for a period of time, to the extent that I would've been better off paying the usual price for returns. I was previously given the incorrect change by a driver and shouted at by them when I pointed out the error, so Bluestar is without doubt the worst bus company that I have ever used (and I use them in various regions around the country ie. Arriva, Redline, etc). I have not encountered the 'tap on/ tap off system anywhere else, indicating that it is certainly not for the benefit of the customer.

I am nitin kumar belongs to meerut my contact number 7037713959 I purchased a new brand ac through Flipkart on 29 mar 24 & installed through blue star service center after two month my ac not working E6 error coming then I complained on 24 may after that one of technician coming and said need to change pcb after one week one of agent come at my home his name Adnan CTC no 9084863443 through MI Refrigeration service provider CTC no 9358602142 date 1 Jun 24 after that he changed my ac pcb for both indoor and outdoor but the pcb not interested a box he will carry those PCBs on Polly bag and these not a seal product after change the both PCBs he will stay for 5 min after that I checked my ac remote functions three functions are not working.1. 5 in 1 convertible 2. 5 in 1 turbo mode 3. Used the number 12 on a afternoon got…

Used the number 12 on a afternoon got on scanned my ticket and was asked after I was going to sit down how old my child was. I said he was the required age and got told I was lying. 2 weeks before same driver asked me the same only to be aggressive to me and later on that day I was getting on another bus for him to honk his bus horn behind the one I was getting on. I was only being followed by him at the end of his shift. Bluestar buses have some rude drivers and there services and lack of care for custom is poor there other company more bus does care more then them and run efficiently every time. South Coast are both run by. Very unhappy it needs to change NOW

this is no just a ‘delay’ anymore

this is no just a ‘delay’ anymore, busses don’t show up for 30-40 minutes while the timetable says they’re due! I’ve been late for work and my classes several times because of the busses! Inside the busses are always dirty and no one seems to care about keeping them clean.

Buses don't show up

Buses don't show up, the live tracking app says the bus is coming but it never did. Late for work, I stood in the rain for the next 30 mins until next one (late as well) arrives. Joke! And here they are, advertising services they cannot fulfil all over the city.

Awful and Annoying

Awful, yet again the next bus doesn't show so you're back to waiting again. Sometimes, a "Not In Service" bus drives by at the same the missing bus should arrive. But they have no competition. Any uncapped prices are too high and some of the drivers (not all) are very grumpy.
