Hi I just wanted to leave a review of my experience with the whole Team at Blue Whale spa's.My Partner Diane F researched various hottub types and companies.Settling on BWS, her point of contact was Andrew Brunton, and from the very start of the process has which been a great experience, from advising Di on the hottubs available and explaining how they work etc to guiding her through the process of ordering and the delivery requirements in order to get the HotTub in place.... the HT arrived as stated on the 11th June... and the delivery team called to give us notice they were approximately 1 hour away... once they arrived they checked the access route and off loaded the HT put in place assembled it and rans us through the process of filling and maintaining the HT. 2 great guys who are proud of the work they do and the company they work for. Thanks. Anyway its now filled up chemicals checked and we are making great use of it (Duke Stream 11).Thanks BW team sales and aftercare are 1st class and I fully recommend them to you. Infact my daughter plus a good friend are now giving great thoughts of contacting Andrew B at Blue Whale spa's in the future.
From start of ordering to instalation, I cannot fault them. Andrew Brunton was very helpful, in keeping us informed. We received a txt message to say they were an hour away. On arrival, two polite helpful guys sorry forgotten their names set everything up then talked us through setting up chemicals and getting the best out of the hot tub.so far so good and we are enjoying the hot tub.
Andrew was great and made the whole process of ordering and delivering / installing the hot tub easy. It all happened so quickly(inside 7 days from order to installation) as well which was fantastic as we needed it in for an event. The hot tub itself is absolutely fantastic.

It’s clearly well-built, with excellent insulation and all functions performing exactly as expected. Very competively priced with brilliant customer care. Worth noting that their online documentation is outstanding, covering every aspect of ownership—from pre-installation and chemical usage to maintenance and operation.
We had a great experience from start to finish. The team was professional and efficient, from placing the order to delivering and positioning the hot tub. Fiona was especially helpful—always responsive by phone and email, and she clearly explained everything we needed to know. Everything went smoothly, and we’re now thoroughly enjoying some great dips in the tub at our lodge. Thank you!

We got our Hot Tub back in March/April 2025. Delivered and installed by two cracking lads who went on to describe how everything works, and how to look after it. Maintains temperature really well. We did speak to the office later on to get details on how to change one of the pump settings, which they described perfectly. We started off at first using Bromide, but later changed to chlorine base as the balance was a bit tricky to maintain. There is someone in the hot tub most nights/days and it works perfectly and is not costing the earth to run. Thoroughly happy with both product and service
