Great hot tub and service was totally customer focused. From initial Sales with Andrew B, who kept me informed and managed the process, meeting and exceeding my requests. Delivery and installation by John and his team was efficient (all done in 1 hour!) and informative, explaining how to get the best from the tub with experienced advice and guidance. 100% recommend Blue Whale Spa. Excellent.
I wanted a hot tub for me and my son with autism and was worried where to get one from as there is so many on the market, thenI was recommended this company by a friend, and I am pleased to say I have been really happy with the hot tub And the service Has been second to none 😊There is always someone on the end of the phone if you need it.I really recommend getting a hot tub Especially if you have some one with autism in the family as my son loves it,And I also recommend buying from this company 👍
From start to finish and aftercare Blue Whale Spa put me first, friendly sales and after care staff over the phone and really knowledgeable and friendly installation team. I purchased the additionally chemicals package and they’re really simple to use, tub is also very economical to run. Would definitely recommend them.
Amazing Newport Max II Hot Tub. Brilliant support from Andrew and Blue Whale teamWe had been searching for months for a hot tub, overwhelmed by the vast options and uncertain where to begin. Fortunately, we decided to visit a showroom and chose Blue Whale. Since we had never owned a hot tub before, we were unsure how to start our search. That's when Andrew stepped in to assist us.Andrew guided us through all the available options, explaining what to look for in a hot tub and providing valuable insights. It took us some time to find the perfect one, but Andrew and the team offered excellent support throughout the entire process. Even when we needed to change the delivery date, nothing was too much trouble for them.The installation team were brilliant as well. They explained and demonstrated everything we needed to know about operating and maintaining our new hot tub.We cannot thank the entire team enough for their exceptional service. We had to chase our order. Andrew claimed it hadn’t been processed as it hadn’t been paid for. We had to send proof of funds. It then took almost 5 weeks to be arrive after chasing. Once it arrived it was damaged and items were missing. We chased for a replacement which took another 2 weeks and still items missing from the order. We emailed and sent WhatsApp’s and after persistence we eventually got the items and now the company are sending out communications to see if the items had arrived. Would not recommend for a slick service/delivery.
This hot tub is absolutely fantastic, totally new to hot tub, but Abdrew and his team were amazing, he gave me full assistance when answering all my questions , he phone back when he assault he would and supported this with emails for my reference, in no way was he pushing for a sale like some firms do.The two installers Robson and Hussbain, phoned withe arrival time , which was dead one ,these guys were very friendly helpful, and explained everything you needed to know about the hot tub , they cleaned up afterwards and even helped with putting things back in place.very hard workers, Don't hesitate buy one todayKeith Kath

We purchased a Noble Bay Hot Tub from Blue Whale Spas - around the end of November 2023 - and we can honestly say that this has been one of the best purchases that we have ever made. 👍On this note, not only is this hot tub wonderful - following our daily exercises and weekly rounds of golf, (where it is sooooo relaxing and soothing for my muscles and our general body health) - the hot tub has been superb for our mental health too. We live in Aberdeenshire - where it can be rather cold and windy at times - and this hot tub provides us with neverending fun and warmth. We try to use the hot tub on a daily basis, and as a consequence of this daily use, we find that during the wintry months - the benefits are untold. The reliability of the hot tub has been superb, and it has never let us down, and the one minor issue that we did have - was attended to by Blue Whale Spas staff - with outstanding customer service and professionalism.👌Ten out of ten for this hot tub, and I would highly recommend buying a Blue Whale spa (P.s......Costco UK are a great place for purchasing Blue Whale Spas 🤩 and tend to offer great discounts).
