We saw the hot tub online but wanted to speak to someone about it. From our initial enquiry Andrew Brunton and the Blue Whale spa team gave us all the information needed and exceptional service. We had to arrange a crane to lift our tub in and the Blue Whale installation team liaised with them on the day to make the whole process seamless. They were informative, polite and professional. We had all our questions answered before they left. We cannot recommend this company highly enough. We are now enjoying the benefits of our Princeton 3 hot tub. They also provide a great after sales service with easy to follow videos that assist with anything you need to know about the set up or running of the tub. Thank you Andrew and Blue Whale Spas!
Love our hot tub from Blue Whale Spa! We called into their showroom to have a look at the hot tubs and Fiona was really helpful in giving us advice and helping us choose the perfect hot tub.Communication was great all the way through and the installation team (Tony and Lambi) were fantastic overcoming a few challenges delivering it and the pouring rain.

Communication prior to purchase was exceptional, and clear instructions on the preparation of the site were sent before delivery. After sending a video of the area where the hot tub was to be situated, the 'all clear ' was given and a delivery date arranged.The van turned up on time, with two men who skillfully put the tub in place, linked it all up, and then a brief demonstration was given. I have already enjoyed many hours in there, along with the grandchildren. Quality item and a quality company. Highly recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Blue Whale Spa. My first point of contact was Fiona Josephs, who answered my enquiry about hot tubs — specifically which models would both suit my needs and fit my budget.Although Fiona was with another customer at the time, she promised to call me back, and she did exactly that. When we spoke, she listened carefully to what I was looking for and then followed up with a detailed email recommending the most suitable options. At no point did I feel pressured to make a purchase, which I really appreciated.Fiona also took the time to explain the entire process step by step — what would be required and when — which gave me complete clarity. Having previously looked at second-hand spas on bidding sites, I realised that once you factor in delivery, installation, and wiring, the costs add up quickly and there are no guarantees. With Blue Whale Spa, however, I have total peace of mind knowing everything will be handled professionally from start to finish with guarantees for the equipment.
Great communication from the start, Andrew Brunton provided excellent assistance in my needs and activated a precious deal to fulfil them. Delivery guys were great and provided guidance on clearances and positioning. Would recommend if your on the fence on who to use, I did this solely online as the showroom is too far from me.
Blue Whale Spa, have been great from the start to finish. Finding them online I happened to visit the store to see the products in person, Fiona Josephs gave me a tour of the shop and talked me through the spas. No pressure sales, once ordered the process was slick and smooth, the delivery date was agreed and met, the unit arrived as expected. The installation team were great and the easy to watch videos on how to plan your delivery route (very important) and care and maintenance videos were really helpful. The delivery and install team were professional and did a really helpful handover on setting the spa up. I have found the organization helpful at all points and would not hesitate to buy from them in the future. I cant comment on the spa performance at this stage as we have only had it for a week, however so far so good. I expect that customer service for the future will be equally good as the sales and delivery team. Great service Thanks
