We phoned Blue Whale Spa, when looking for a Hot tub, as we was recomended by a friend who also has a tub from them. Andrew Brunton took the call and was absolutely amazing, we told him our budget and what we was after out of the tub and within 2 weeks it was in our garden. We've used it pretty much every day and couldnt be happier with it. The informative emails you recieve along the way are so helpfull, from cleaning the filter to full drain and refill, and also little videos to go with them so pretty much foolproof. Would recomend getting the cover lifting arm as makes life so easy and stops cover from getting scratched or dirty. Customer service has been amazing too, had a few questions and within a few hours they were on the phone talking me thru them.If your reading this and your in the market for a spa then trust these guys with your money, you wont go wrong. 😁
Excellent 1st class experience with Bluewhale Spa from start to finish. No pressure from the salesman to buy he showed me several hot tubs and asked what my needs were. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They have given a 1st service from start to finish.
I cannot Fault my experience with Blue Whale spa!I began my hot tub search with a local company selling American spas, although nice the dimensions where out of my scope and the price was on a similar ground.I decided to visit the Blue whale showroom and had quickly received a lot more advice and directed to a hot tub that could successfully be delivered without a hitch for the tight space that I have.Fiona took over from here and was prompt in dealing with all aspects going forward, she ensured the hot tub will fit, gave solid advice and now we are enjoying our spa!The quality is on par with the dearer companies and although we had encountered a small glitch Fiona has started the ball rolling with an instant response with regards to getting it sorted.Cannot recommend Fiona and her team enough! Andrew Brunton at Blue Whale Spa was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The hot tub is absolutely fabulous. The delivery and installation was quickly done too. I couldn't wait to use my tub. For me personally it is very therapeutic and eases my muscles. I would highly recommend Blue Whale Spa 100% to anyone who is thinking of making a hot tub purchase. I would also recommend that they ask to deal with Andrew Brunton as you wouldn't get better customer service.
Ordered the hot tub from Fiona at the blue whale showroom and I was very impressed with the way she guided us through the whole process. Delivery and installation was smooth and efficient. I was given lots of helpful advice on maintaining the hot tub. Many thanks for the great service Gerald Walker
Visited the showroom in Nottingham in late July, the team there were brilliant, just simple good advice and no pushy sales tactics at all (I hate people trying to “sell to me”). We weren’t sure what we wanted and went away with clear info. We decided a couple of days later and placed the order over the phone.The hot tub was delivered and installed a couple of days ago, (around 5 weeks after order) really helpful chaps doing the delivery install and plenty of info provided before hand on what was required. One of the installation guys even gave us a full rundown of what we needed to do (and what not to do).We had it setup and ready to use and were in it the following day, it’s awesome.We thoroughly recommend the team at Blue Whale, especially Andrew Brunton, he is super helpful.We just need to get our heads around the daily chemical testing which with all the info seems fairly simple.100% recommend these guys if you want a spa without pressure sales tactics. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
A great showroom with lots of parking and plenty of tubs to choose from. Bought one from Bluewhalespa about 10 yrs ago and fancied a new model.Spoke with Andrew Brunton who gave great advice on what model, how many jets, seats,what type of electric socket etc and settled for one with my wife on his advice , paid on the Saturaday, Tub was delivered an professionally installed with a load of chemicals , cleaning equipt. filter etc. Free of Charge on the following Thursday. Happy Customer! Highly Reccomended.
I spoke with Andrew Brunton who was very helpful and provided me with all the information I needed. He organised a quick delivery date which was very much appreciated, especially by our two kids who have been in it ever since!The after service has been great - any issues or questions have been dealt with swiftly and have given us total reassurance.Thanks to Andrew for making this an enjoyable experience.
This is now the second hot tub I’ve had from Blue Whale Spa & I would not go anywhere else. The service in every category is beyond reproach, superb. My original was a Malibu 2 which I had for around 12 years & could have kept it a lot longer but I wanted to upgrade. My new one is everything I hoped it would be. I enquired to Andrew B on customer service & he was fantastic even had my new tub delivered in 9 days!! I’ve dealt with Andrew B many times in the past & he has never hesitated to getting my problems sorted no matter how small, I can not fault any member of staff all are very polite, efficient & friendly, why would I go elsewhere🤷♀️ thank you bwsI can not find an order number sorry
