WOW!What can I say other than wow?My husband and I visited the showroom, which had a huge range of hot tubs on display. We were greeted by Andrew, who was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all of our (many!) questions, provided helpful comparisons between models, and was happy to let our daughter climb in and out of the tubs while we took our time deciding.Nothing was too much trouble, and at no point did we feel rushed. Once we made our choice, Andrew guided us smoothly through the purchase process — it really was that simple!Delivery happened within two weeks. The installation team were polite, professional, and answered all of our questions with ease.We’re absolutely delighted with our new hot tub — and our daughter loves it too! Excellent service. Delivery was smooth and easy. Delivery guys were friendly and very helpful. Everything was explained clearly and all questions answered. Hot-tub is amazing. Have spoken to customer services since and they could not be more helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend Blue Whale to anybody.
The whole order process and installation of the hot tub was simple and fast. From the moment I spoke to the Sales rep (Andrew Brunton) who handled any queries I had effectively and quickly, to the actual delivery and install by the two engineers (Tony & lamine) who were a fantastic help. Ensured what looks like a brilliant product, is in place and ready for my family to use.
me and my wife visited the Nottingham Showroom. We saw a hot tub on Costco, and even though the offer had finished, Fiona (Sales) matched the offer. We had to re-arrange the visit due to delays in patio/ electrics - this was no issue. The tub was then delivered and installed as promised. I was no overly impressed with the care of the initial install - but this was soon rectified with fixing a small leak/ and re-fitting the cover lifter. Although it would have been nice to have no issues/ I am leaving a 5 star review based on the fact they sorted it. Pleased to have a lovely tub, now all installed
I'm into the fourth year of ownership of my hot tub. I bought through Costco and noticed recently that they have started selling another brand which brought me around to looking at what was happening. Seems Blue Whale has over a 1k reviews and Costco's new supplier has a handful with a fair share of negative reviews, not really sure what any of that means.Overall I have been happy with mine, though it developed a leak recently and I was quoted £300ish to come out on a flat rate repair, I thought that seemed quite fair, given the tub likely needed two men and tipping on its side to find asid leak. In the end the leak has (for now) fixed itself, I cancelled the visit and got a full refund, very fair.In all I would say most of these tubs are built with fairly standard components though the shell quality and choice of component may vary. I dont overuse mine as the cost of electric to run these is horrendous, though hopefully tarif's are coming down. I would say do your research, for example I bought one too large (given running costs), too many bells and whistles, which you really dont need. The Bluetooth speakers are a great addition however. In summary Blue Whale seem a decent outfit and are still thriving it seems.
From our first engagement with Andrew to discuss and agree options on tubs and payment arrangements, Liaison with the office staff to finalise delivery arrangements and the actual delivery of the tub, the whole process and experience was absolutely seamless. I wholeheartedly recommend Bluewhalespa if you wish to purchase a tub.Now the tub is up and running, I can confirm it is very high quality, easy to use and much more energy efficient compared to our previous inflatable tub.Thank you to Andrew and the team for all your efforts.
We recently purchased a Palma Stream 5 person hot tub from Blue Whale Spa in Nottingham. Andrew in the showroom was amazingly helpful, informative and not at all pushy. Delivery wasn't long and the delivery drivers were fabulous and so polite too. We've had the hot tub a fortnight now and are overjoyed with the quality of the build, it's a joy to relax in every evening. Our whole experience at Blue Whale Spa has been perfect from start to finish and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hot tub, their customer service is second to none.
