From the beginning of ordering my new hot tub right up until installation, I can not fault this incredible team. Fiona has been so helpful in regards to all of my questions I have asked, and the guys who installed the tub went above and beyond to satisfy us. They took time to give in depth instructions on how to use and clean it sufficiently. The guys were very polite and cleaned up the area after installing. I would absolutely recommend to anybody buying a hot tub. Thank you so much we are so pleased.

Hot Tub Service. We were kept informed by Andrew for date of the service and good communication throughout. Alex was our engineer and is a credit to the company. Such a nice guy. He is conscientious and very obviously takes great care to do a great job. We are delighted with the service. Really can not stress enough what a good job he has done. Our hot tub looks new again.
