AVOID - Scam. They quote you a price like £1000 on the phone, send you a payment link and then once the payment has been taken and you are 'invested' they send an email with a long itinerary and t&c's which they have you respond to confirming it without allowing you the opportunity to review it. Once you send the confirm and after the call ends part two of the scam starts. They send out an email saying the initial payment (what you thought was the ticket price) was only a deposit or base fare and ask you to pay another extortionate 150% with a deadline with your initial payment being non-refundable.For victims report to Action Fraud and speak to Citizens Advice for a referral to Trading Standard and file a complaint with your bank.Awful company, targetting vulnerable elders.

This is a scam - I promise you on my life this is a scam not just a sour grapes review. Paid £1000 or so for ticket to Auckland . Minutes after paying get an email to send need to pay £ 1400 more by tomorrow at 4pm or “ deposit “ lost . Phoned my bank and spoke to fraud dept who looked into it . Definitely a scam .their address is an empty building .please do not buy a ticket from this company .
Like many other reviews, ITS A SCAM. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Go directly to airline website and pay little extra. At least they will honour your booking if something foes wrong at a later stage. I was charged £1330 for 2 tickets to USA as a final prices which was £250 cheaper than buying direct from United airline website. I regreted this straightaway and I wished I paid £250 extra. Anyway, After paying full price of £1330, Victor demanded £1900 more to confirm booking and I was shocked to see this. I asked them what that was for and I was told otherwise was for taxes and fees. Luckily I didn't pay extra and raised this as a dispute with my card company. Hopefully I will get a refund from Card company. I still had to buy 2 new tickets directly from United, so I ended up paying more and stress dealing with these muppets.So lesson here is, Do not get tempted by cheaper price with these fraud people. Dont pay a penny to these guys. Dont even talk to them, as they do not offer online booking. They are not registered with ATOL, so you are not protected. I dont have names but these fraudsters operate under many other webnames and scam people out of their hard earned money. So AVOID AT ALL TIMES.
I wish I read the reviews before booking with scam agent they told me the flight was they circ 400 then told me it I thought I was getting an on the BA sell I agreed because it was 390 pounds only to be told it was a thousand pounds I wasn't even giving the discounted price BA was promoting this is a scam travel agent do not use them and understanding that a lot of these travel agents have friends working in the Airlines like BA and Virgin so I suggest to anybody to report them to be a in writing not using their webform due to the fact that they have friends within BA that block their bad reviews with BA from the same ethnic background the law needs to change to reflect people coming from abroad setting up travel agents to defraud British citizens all tickets should be able to be with refund within 24 hours just like in the US

No mention was ever made that tax is not included. The advisor kept saying it was the base rate and luggage is included. Asked that the price was the total price and he was very vague and did not mention taxes were not included. I went ahead with the booking assuming I was paying the full price. 15 minutes later I got another email to say an outstanding balance was due tomorrow. Rang the company straight back to ask for a refund as I was missold the tickets. They clearly have no customer service they were rude, abusive and quite threatening and used obscenities. This company is a scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Scam scam scam please do not use this service Even after taking payment for 4 people issued ticket for 2 people only and saying can’t get refund back. Telling me to do bank transfer and asking for extra money and telling me that my payment is going to Decline and if I want to get the tickets do other payment. I asked for refund he told me I will receive payment within 3 days. Then he told me I can’t get refund and has booked ticket for 2 people and for other 2 people I have to pay 2 thousand pounds more.
