Review Time
I've enjoyed Bose products for a while, and because of this my Father decided that he would like to get one as well. We put an order through on Bose.co.uk for a product that was in stock on the 02/01/2023, on the 19/01/2023 I decided to contact Bose as we'd received no email saying the product had been dispatched. When I spoke with Bose, they advised that they would expedite the order and we'd get a dispatch notification within 24/48 hours. This never happened, so I contacted them again. To which I was told they would raise a new free of charge order and we'd get confirmation of the new order within 2 hours and then 24/48 hours later a dispatch notification. Again this did not happen, and so I contacted them again. This time I was greeted with the information that it would be 5-10 working days for the item to be dispatched. None of the advisors spoken to were able to help actually resolve the issue and provide any form of confidence that Bose actually knows what it is doing. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially as this was my Fathers first experience of Bose. Discussing is the only word I will be uttering when people ask me what I think of Bose, especially if you're thinking of buying direct.
I bought Bose noise cancelling buds and a mini sound link, believing them to be the best quality. The noise cancelling is poor and I have to constantly reset the buds. The soundlink conectivity to other Bluetooth devices is erratic and most of the time doesn't connect. I think Bose have gone off the rails! Customer service doesnt exist - I for one will not buy another one of their products.
Bose: what a company and what products. I have several of their products. The soundbar 900, the bass module, the surround speakers (all 700) and I cannot, in words, describe the cinematic experience I have in my lounge. Finally I have the latest Quiet Comfort Headset, UNREAL! I refuse to purchase any other sound product but Bose!
I paid for a replacement set of ear buds even though the original were just outside the warranty. It then took three months, countless calls and patience to try and determine why I had not received the replacement set. Promises to ‘escalate the issue’ or ‘that someone would get back to me within 72hr’ never materialised. Finally a promise was made to refund my money but that never came about either.
Order was meant to be delivered by UPS on the 15 Dec. I was home all day but UPS runs scam where they never even attempt to deliver, take the items straight to one of their UPS Access Points and post fake delivery notifications. Hence get paid while getting the consumers to do the work. I spent more than 3 weeks trying to get this resolved. Bose and UPS competing for who can offer worse/less service. Bose does not care. Avoid ordering from Bose (or any other company using UPS!).
Bose Home Speaker 500 - an expensive paperweightSince the BBC pulled local radio from Tunein, we can no longer access our local BBC station. Alexa and Google Assistant do not work. Bose have not enabled the BBC Sounds App which is the official way to go. Bose do not or will not enhance their app which is in our experience flaky. Our 500 speaker regularly drops out of WiFi and refuses to work. Followed all the online advice to no avail. No other WiFi problems here. I’d never buy a Bose product again. Truly a disappointment in this household. A waste of over £300 in the U.K.
What a joke! Bought the Bose Resolve Soundlink Plus only 2ish years ago and it's already stopped working. Bose is "kindly" offering to repair it for EUR79 because it's only under warranty for 2 years.I bought Bose because the products are supposed to be quality and last longer than 2y. Not making that mistake again. This is a disgrace.
FAKE PROMO CODES SENT BY BOSE!This has happened a lot! They send you a discount code but they are never accepted at checkout, even the “New customer codes”! Typical USA poor customer service whith the false pretence of how good they are!
Placed an order for a headphone case on-line. Over two weeks has passed and i have received no case or communication. Telephoned customer services and spent 10 minutes on the phone, only to be told that they are out of stock. Asked for a refund and was instantly cut off! It would be good to know there was no stock earlier. That has to be the worst customer service ever.
