The marketing and pricing of this brand really tries to convince the public that they are of a high standard, dealing with this company is so painful. The customer service team might as well be from another planet because they don’t know or understand anything, you could ask if they have an update on your spaghetti and they would say sorry sir there is nothing as of yet.The headphones are poorly made and break so easily, I can’t believe how many bad reviews they have but it all actually makes perfect sense since I’ve been having to deal with their customer service team and had my own headphones break.I used to think Bose were a really good brand but it’s clear that their time is up, the classic tactic of hiring customer service agents from a completely different realm says a lot. Poor products, I will celebrate your liquidation.
I purchased a set of Bose Sleepbuds II. As soon as the warranty expired they just stopped working I contacted Bose who refused to repair the earphones and would only offer me a discounted set of new ones at £170.This is not good customer service. I then found out that Bose were aware of a design fault so have stopped selling the product. I ask for the details of the UK registered office and they said they dont have on. I will not be buying a BOSEproduct in the future.
Rubbish service at a premium price!I was shipped some earbuds that did not work and had to send them back.Bose T&Cs state I can send them to an address in Chatham.Bose customer services say I have to use UPS as they need to be sent to Belgium. So either the Terms and Conditions are wrong or the customer service agent is wrong.Trying to communicate with customer support is not a premium experience either. The 24x7 chat service is not available 24x7.Back to Apple for me - products that work out of the box - not this over-hyped junk.
Bose is the best sound and everything I own is Bose but the only gripe is the headphones are made of leather style material and the material has started flaking so I can’t reuse. Please make your headphone out of better mesh material that will last rather than faux leather. From a long time loyal customer
My QC SE headphones have broken down twice for different reasons in the past 3 months. I had to send it them in for sevice/replacement both times. I don’t understand how a premium product is so low quality. The non SE version that my friends have seems to be working fine!
Earbuds QC 2 sounded great for 30 minutes and then stopped working (ever heard of QC testing ?). Customer service slow and painful. Asked for replacement pair - and got a refund, which was quick to be fair. Lots of good earbuds around at this premium price, so try elsewhere would be my advice, as there are bad reviews a plenty. What has gone wrong ~BOSE used to be decent !
I bought a pair of Bose Earbuds2 -direct from Bose - Order number : WH23791661 at a cost of £229. They have not arrived and when I asked Bose what the status of my order was, their agents on Whatsapp basically just said - " Bose have sent it through a courier (UPS) and so it is not Bose's problem anymore - please go and chase UPS yourself."?! Seriously? So basically do not buy anything from Bose as they will take your money and not send you anything... and then say you need to chase the delivery driver/courier/someone else... This is slick daylight robbery!! CONCLUSION: you are better off buying from a reputable company like #John Lewis; #Selfridges or anywhere else but BOSE. These other companies actually look after their customers, take responsibility and don't fob you off!
Awful customer service.I had a pretty basic requirement.After 70 mins on chat, we got absolutely no where. Agent was still asking me, the same question I had clarified 3 times prior to that.Kept vanishing during the chat.Probably the worst customer service I've ever had.
Appalled, I truly believed that buying a brand like BOSE. Meant quality and a product built to last…. NOT ANYMORE your basically buying a piece of cheap Chinese rubbish with an expensive price tag, it doesn’t last and when you tell them they offer you a replacement product to by with a pathetic discount!!!DON’T BUT THIS CRAP, you might as well buy a cheap pair of headphones on AliExpress, and they will work better too Such a shame but about par for the course
Delivery took much much longer than promised, the online chat provided in the website is actually useless as none of the agents could actually help and different agent give different explanation.They dont have a clue what to do.I suggest buys from shops!
