I have a strong appreciation for the products from the company, but their customer service leaves much to be desired. The representatives seem to struggle with English, making any interaction frustrating and somewhat disheartening.
Stay away. I bought a rather pricey sound bar. I was adjusting the EQ through the app earlier today. An hour later, I find I can't access the app without registering. As a responsible consumer eager for future subscriptions, I registered and confirmed my email. Then, just 30 seconds later, when I tried to log in, the system indicated my password was incorrect (it wasn’t). I attempted to enter the password again, and surprise - my account was locked for security reasons. I didn’t even get to enter my payment information. If you're looking for poorly designed products with glitchy software and unhelpful AI support, feel free to dive in. I'd rate this zero stars if I could.
