Products do not last long

I bought a Bose Sound Wave 4 about three years ago and the CD player has now stopped working. I have contacted local repairers and Bose do not allow anyone else to repair their goods, by denying them access to spares and information. I now have to pay £104 to get it repaired by Bose. This really is disgusting for a three year old product.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, I've been lied to, ignored and cut off during chat sessions particularly when I have provided proof of delivery time promised by their sales person. I placed my order on 13th Nov and still can't get a delivery date from Bose, they think that "soon" is an acceptable response. I bought a new set of headphones to replace my QC35II with a QC45. Still waiting and will cancel my order completely if they're not delivered by the weekend. Awful company, I'm surprised that a premium brand does not do better. Do not deal with them for your own sanity.

Do not use them

Do not use them - buy from a retailer.Bose use UPS for their deliveries and you will not get your order. Bose themselves have appalling customer service and could not care less.Ive been forced to raise a section 75 with the credit card company.

Do not order anything from Bose UK

I ordered a product from Bose UK without knowing that they use UPS for delivery. UPS are notorious for not delivering to customer addresses but instead to their "UPS Access Points" because in this way they make more money and they do not care if the customer is able to pick the item from there or not. They also pretend to have attempted delivery to the customer's address which is a lie. I do not use any retailers that dispatch items via UPS.

Really BAD company!

I would give this company ZERO stars if I could!Returned a Bass module 500 for repair via UPS as directed by Bose who sent me a return label. TWO weeks later it has only moved 18 miles! I contacted Bose via WhatsApp which was laughable! Mohit was on the ‘call’ who is clearly not English and had no idea what to do. We ended up going round in circles which left me angry and frustrated! I was also no further forward. If UPS lose the product Bose won’t replace it- it is up to the customer to claim from UPS which is ridiculous!Bose did not inform me I would have to do this before I returned it to them. They wash their hands of the problem. Please think carefully before buying a Bose product- bad company- bad customer service.I can see from all the bad reviews that Bose have not answered anybody’s claims which means they do not monitor social media and are not bothered about bad reviews on their company.07852 130878

My extremely expensive Bose Quiet…

My extremely expensive Bose Quiet Control 30 headphones developed an internal fault just out of warranty. The sound wasn't that great in the first place and the product has now discontinued.Bose will not fix them and offered me an 'upgrade' at nearly £200. I'm keeping my fingers crossed I am protected under UK consumer law. I've had two bose products before which were great but this one clearly doesn't work which was why it was discontinued.

0 stars - No order and being refused a refund

No option to give 0 stars as this is what my experience is. Contacted customer support on two occasions on week commencing the 7th of Nov as the delivery day came and went without any further updates. On both occasions was told it was OUT FOR DELIVERY. on 14/11 I got in touch again this time I was told it was STUCK AT CUSTOMS!! Was refused to be issued a refund and still to this day I don't have the order or the refund! Disgraceful! Not to mention it was a birthday present so went empty handed to the birthday party - embarrassing! Needless to say, never again

Total garbage

Total garbage. A sham product from a sham company. Bought one of their Soundbar 700's a couple of years ago and it's been nothing but SH%TE ever since, it works for a couple of weeks and then refuses to sync with the tv no matter what you do. Sent it back to Bose a few months ago because of this problem, they sent it back with no indication as to whether it's been repaired or what the fault was only to plug it in again and find that it still didn't work. Had to spend an HOUR on the phone to Bose, virtually switching off and rebooting the whole bloody house just to get this poxxy pile of crap to work again. A month later it's not working again, back to the same old problem.You'd have to pay me to get involved with any more of their useless, grossly overpriced and overrated products. I hope they go skint, they're just a bunch of snake oil salesmen flogging crap.NOT EVEN WORTHY OF ONE STAR

Very poor experience

I found that my Bose headphones were very overpriced, somewhat fragile and not particularly well made.My headphones fell apart after two years and Bose weren't that helpful.
