Review Time
I've had a pair of Bose Soundsport Free wireless earbuds since 2019 and on the whole that have been good. Other than their relatively bulky size they have performed well. Recently, the battery life has plummeted and they only last 40 minutes between charges, which renders them useless and not fit for purpose.I appreciate these are four years old, however I think it's unreasonable for them to have failed in such a way after such a short period of time with no way of replacing the battery.The Bose support site only offers an at cost replacement or upgrade, however I won't buy a bose product again.
What an amazing customer service experience!I had Bose products for more than 20 years, for the first time a product required repair. The customer service was exceptional: from helping me find the serial number with a picture from my phone to sorting out a replacement via WhatsApp.I never knew how good their aftersales was (because their products sound amazing and last forever!), but wow! This was stress free, simple and human.Well done Bose.
After having an issue with a Bose S1 I encountered issues that have been well documented in previous reviews regarding stock availability and customer satisfaction. I asked for my case to escalated and spent some time on the phone with Josh from the specialty support section and we arrived at a satisfactory resolution. In conversation it appears that Bose have been resolving some issues with new systems and are now motivated to sort things out. I can only speak for my own situation and say that with my own resolution and the discussion I had with the resolution team I would be happy to purchase again from Bose.
Product broke after less than a year. The replacement part was sent out but DHL sent it back to their warehouse. Have spent the last 3 months trying for them to send a replacement again but have constantly gone around in circles and being told it will be 72 hours. Their customer service team has been useless and I have wasted hours on this. Would never recommend these guys to anyone
Awful! I ordered the 1 Bose quiet comfort SE headphones, from what I thought was the legitimate website! I have had 2 transactions of £189.99 come out of my bank acc and no confirmation email for either. After contacting them I received a confirmation email of £39.95 for “Bose quiet Comfort SE” headphones. Which is no where near to the price I have payed 2s! Been in contact with customer service several times and seem to be getting no where with regards to an actual receipt for my order! Or where it is??Don’t even know if the headphones will turn up and what sort of Condition they will be in! Do not waste your time!!!
After my experience with BOSE I think this company is a SCAM! I paid for my order which was never delivered. When I was contacting Bose customer service they always said my order will arrive within few days but that never happened. I decided to cancel the order and request refund but no refund received.I thought that this is high quality brand but it is just a scam. I regret I haven't read reviews here before I decided to buy headphones from Bose.
Ordered a cushion kit for my 700 headphones online through Bose UK. The item never arrived after I chased and chased. Eventually discovered that Bose had left my house number off the delivery dispatch note to UPS. Eventually I got a refund but no apology for their mistake and still without a cushion kit for my headphones - will never buy from Bose again - Terrible service - do not use.
File a claim in Small Claims Court in 5 min.I had an issue with the defective device I received from Bose. Unfortunately, Bose never took it seriously and ignored me. I had to take Bose Ltd to court through Small Money Claims. It took me 5 min to fill out the claim and I got a refund and my compensation within a week.
Bose are not worthy of any business. I purchased sports earbuds and these were faulty, I tried what Bose suggested and this did not solve the issue, the earbuds were under warranty and I received a prepaid label to send the earbuds back to Bose to enable me to receive a replacement - this is when the fun starts!!! Bose received my package on the 10 Jan 23, I chased on the 18 Jan 23 to be told to bear with them, I then receive an email saying that I returned 'an empty envelope' which had not been tampered with and there was nothing they could do - no earbuds and out of pocket. I contacted Bose customer services to ask for a photograph of the 'empty envelope' showing the seal as not being tampered with and they are now ignoring me and not sending any proof. I have now sent a letter to Bose UK which was signed for on the 6 Feb 23 and they have not replied!!! Why would I not send the earbuds back if this is the only way I can get them replaced???? Looking at other forums, Bose do this a lot which is not acceptable. I contacted Citizens Advice who are informing Trading Standards. I would give -5 stars if I could, I should have read the reviews before purchasing a Bose product but I have learnt the hard way - out of pocket, no product and being ignored!!!!
