Bose uk absolute shameless company sent…

Bose uk absolute shameless company sent my soundbar in a couple of months ago for repair , everytime on chat they said wait 3-5 days for more info every week I have contacted same old story from them until today Today they are saying the didn't receive it 🤣🤣 honestly they are the worst company They must have lost the soundbar or something now refusing to repair or replace my item

Bose sport earbuds fail again

Bose sport earbuds fail. One of my sport ear buds decided to fail, not charge and just drain the battery box with the flashing red and white light of doom. It’s clearly a very well known issue for Bose, as the reviews online are vast, however as the product was just outside its warranty, the only option from Bose was for me to purchase a second hand refurbished pair. (They clearly have a lot to of refurbished ones, I wonder why) When a company knows it has an issue with one of its products, it should be recalled and all customers made aware, yet with Bose all we got was, not our problem, buy another - well not a chance. You have just lost another promoter of your products and lost any future business, shameful service and experience.

Multiple calls to fix issues with the sound bar. Then the 700 bass module completely dies after only 3 years.Don’t waste your money.

All though their products are abit…

All though their products are abit expencive they're all up to the highest standard I have 3 bose products now and none of them have disappointed, I dont know another company where every single product is perfect and I cant imagine buying audio products from any other company

Very good customer Services

Very good customer Services, I have been using Bose Quiet comfort Ultra earbuds almost two years, I haven't found anything compare to this pair interms of sound Quality and comfort. I have used sennhiser ,sony even earpods. nothing like that,using this earbuds couple times I have issue with bluetooth whenever I contact them, they have sent me another pair without complication. I really apprieciate their Excellent services.

Bose home 500 speaker does not connect to Google assistant (like bose says it does)

Bought, Bose home 500 speaker, as they said it could connect to google assistant& Alexa, I wanted it for google assistant for my youtube !!!! it did not connect, 3 hours later trying to connect it on Google voice control no chance, i tried eveything !!! but it says on bose websight it connects to google assistant !!! thats why i bought it,, spoke to bose technical support !!!even they could not get it connected to google voice control !!!! HaHa Ha are you joking me ?? !!!! i sent the speaker straight back for a full refund !!! probably a really good speaker but try connecting it to the google voice control and you have no chance !!! (Alexa it connects in 1 minute) straight away !!! Stop giving false promises Bose !!!!and sort your Bose music app out its a sham of errors !!! ( then i read all the Hundreds of people who have the same problem on the internet, to connect to google voice control !!!!) you would not expect that from such a professional company as Bose !!!

Awful logistic and customer support

It is a pity that I can't leave a minus 5-star review. Such an expensive premium product should have top customer support, but it doesn't. Due to the tax avoidance scheme, Bose dispatches the product from Belgium. You have to wait ages until you receive the order. It goes without saying that a repair is even worse. How they can survive with such poor logistics is a mystery to be explored.

Fake Bose Newsletter Codes. 10% Offer is a scam. Customer Support is useless and everything about this Brand is no longer what it seems. Staff make promises, ask you to pay them through links rather than the official website and do not keep to their word. 5 Hours, countless conversations and plenty of emails sent - pointless. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Great till they break, then you'd better get your wallet out!

Given a pair of QuietComfort earbuds as a present. Worked perfectly for 18 months then found both buds flashing red and white and wouldn't connect to bluetooth. Called Bose support who after a couple of minutes of diagnostics told me that the only option was to replace the buds and charging case with new (at a "discounted" price of £185!) PLEASE READ: If you have a problem with either or both earbuds or the charging case you will have to bin the lot. I asked Bose if it was possible to replace a single earbud and the answer was that the buds were paired at the factory and then to the case, so it was impossible to replace a single part. Absolutely outraged that they have their customers by the dangly bits if their product fails in any way. I shall never buy from Bose again as this is the only way I can protest about their total lack of caring about their customers.

Bose cannot update system configuration as my speaker released in 2014. I paid almost 500 and now I have to bin it
