I purchased a set of headphones from Bose and four weeks later it still hasn't arrived. When trying to contact customer support, they tell conflicting information, one advisor told me to go to the collection point as it had been delivered, however it hadn't. I had to contact bose multiple times to chase up on the order and eventually they told me they don't have it in stock. Customer services are very unhelpful and simply waste of time. I'll never buy with bose again which is disappointing.
The sound quality on the Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds is absolutely phenomenal – rich, detailed, and immersive. Whether I'm listening to music, podcasts, or pushing through a tough session on the indoor Wattbike, the audio never misses a beat. The fit is also spot-on; secure and comfortable even during intense workouts.The only (very minor) downside is the touch sensitivity on the earbuds – during heavy training sessions I occasionally brush them by accident and it pauses my music. But honestly, it’s a small trade-off for everything else these deliver.Highly recommend – Bose have knocked it out of the park with these.
Purchased Bose Ultra Soundbar. Doesn’t work with LG TV, tried everything. But it does work with other brands for example Sony, but why do you always have to reset the speaker system every time you switch the TV on?The soundbar is extremely expensive for something that is NOT fit for purpose. Bose is finished, dead and buried.
I have a pair of ALTO FRAMES from BOSE. The agent was excellent, and I have no issues with their efforts—they did everything within their power. However, I am profoundly disappointed and let down by BOSE as a company. I have been a loyal customer for years, consistently choosing BOSE for its quality. But this experience has pushed me to reconsider my allegiance. It's clear to me now that it may be time to move on from BOSE and explore SONOS, as they continue to offer support and replacement parts for products well beyond their years.It feels like BOSE should be following the same approach. Frankly, I feel scammed by the Frames. They won’t charge up, and now I’m forced to choose between being charged £13 for a cable for a product that was discontinued 3 years ago or paying £195 for a speaker I don’t want or need. I paid £250 for these BRAND NEW, and this is the treatment I get? This is a massive disappointment, and I’m left questioning whether BOSE still values its customers.
SO LET DOWN ...... Let me first start of by saying I am not slating Bose products, their headphones are great, but pray you never encounter a problem as it's quite a common theme searching online that customer service is severely lacking with this company...... I had faulty quiet comfort 2 earbuds , the right one wont charge. I filled a form out online and they agreed to upgrade them free for ultra ones as mines were less than a year old...Im from UK and live in a remote part of Scotland so cannot use UPS (their courier)I checked with their Whatsapp team if I could use Royal Mail, they advised yes as long as its tracked & supply them with the tracking no and I cover postage...Followed all of this but low and behold the warehouse never received it (quite a common issue apparently) I provided proof of postage, proof of delivery, proof of address it was sent to.Kept repeating myself to about 5 different agents who kept stating it was delivered to Northampton Delivery office. After 2 days of back and forward they finally understood that it was sent BY Northampton DO not delivered TO. Quite simple really but when customer service cant even get something like that right then there's not much hope ...After spending hours and hours on this they agreed to escalate it. Was told wait 4 days and contact us if you dont hear anything .....Yup you guessed it contacted them again got cut off by an agent and was told the wrong info , next agent told me to wait another 3 - 4 days so brushed off yet again..Sent message on messenger earlier hoping someone could help but told me the same just wait..... Its just so bad you could not make this up. All because of their faulty product. (Never had earbuds fail less than a year from other brands)My advice is they have good products but only buy if you don't need customer service ever as you wont get it with Bose.Like the comment below BOSE YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED . Drafting an email to Trading Standards for my next steps and may have to go to small claims court as Royal mail have provided everything and are adamant it was delivered. I feel your pain everyone 😤Save yourself the hassle and get another brand from Amazon they are much much easier to deal with .....
DO NOT BUY BOSE PRODUCTS! Expensive items but no service if you have problems. They had my headphones in warranty since october 2024, no repairs, no replacements. For months they have been replying that they are taking care of it and to wait a week.
I purchased the quiet comfort headphones 18 months ago. I purchased the quiet comfort ultra earbuds a few weeks ago. Both products are excellent with no issues whatsoever. Customer communication with Bose is also very good. Will definitely consider more products from Bose in the future.
My Bose Quiet Comfort earbuds stopped charging on a recent long weekend away. Once I got home I used their chat feature online and a return was organised and the replacements delivered within a week. I'm extremely happy with my new earbuds and with the service I received, and recommend Bose and their products.
I know everyone has their own experiences, some good, some bad but I am shocked at the amount of bad reviews!I bought my first pair of the bose quietcomfort headphones about 7 years ago. I had them for about 4 years before the sound quality declined and they became faulty. I reported the issue to Bose and they sent me the latest pair of Bose QC45’s free of charge. About two years ago I bought I pair of refurbished QC earbuds II as I wanted something for my runs. They too recently became faulty after 2 years. Again I reported the problem to Bose and one week later they’ve sent me a brand new pair of QC Ultra earbuds. Im in disbelief. In my experience, Bose looks after its customers and provides the best customer service (and product) I have ever experienced. All I would say, if you’re annoyed about your product or customer service, remain polite as I have, at the end of the day it is another human on the other end dealing with your query and remaining polite may be the difference between a good or bad experience.
Do NOT buy Bose products, thought they were reputable. Barely used my quitecomfort earbuds over the past 2 years. Went to use them recently and they are now broken, conveniently just outside the warranty period.Bose will just offer a small discount for you to buy a replacement. Why would I want to give Bose any more money. Joke of a company!Clearly not alone judging by the amount of 1 star reviews online.
