I bought one of the most expensive…

I bought one of the most expensive headphones for my birthday as a one-off treat. It made a clicking noise, clearly faulty. I reached out to Customer Support, and they told me to send it back and they will either repair it or I will get a new one. I printed out their label, put it on the box-to-return, and I returned the item.According to the delivery service, it arrived, and I started asking Bose Customer support after a few weeks, when I will get my headphone back, or a new one. They said they got it and I should get a response soon. I waited another 2 weeks and reached out again. Same response. 2 weeks more, same thing happened.After almost 2 months, I felt this is ridiculous now, we paid a lot of money for this product, and now both my money and the headphone is with them.I called them on the phone, and they said they never got my returned headphone, even though I have the delivery service's proof, and their very own written words from previous conversations.They told me that there is nothing that they could do.I am now taking this to court, the customer support is simply ridiculous, and they basically stole my money and they refuse to help me.

Well worth the money, wish I’d purchased a year ago!

Ordered on Thursday, delivered Saturday, I didn’t pay for speedy delivery but they got here quick.I purchased the QC Ultra Headphones. As an emergency call operator, I have to wear headphones for a minimum of 40 hours per week. I was getting frustrated with my company provided, wired headphones with poor noise cancellation.Vocals sound are crystal clear and there is no interruption from the world outside of my headphones - I can’t even hear myself clapping my hands next to my ears; absolutely perfect for what I need. I listened to some of my favourite tracks (trance and rock) and have been completely blown away, I’m hearing beats I’ve never heard before, it’s like I can hear each individual component of music rather than just the blend; I didn’t know this was possible.Never going back to cheap inferior headphones!

Terrible terrible terrible customer service, God awful. I'll never buy a Bose product again. Hours on chat to organise a replacement for a faulty product, was told I would get an email with my return label. They've not sent it!

Paid £200 for ear buds and they are lost in delivery Bose have told me that it is UPS fault not theirs....yet UPS is Bose nominated delivery company. They do not acre about customers.

I'd reconsider any purchases

I had my item delayed and rescheduled. Done. However the day/it was due it didn't arrive. So I spoke to the online chat and was told that I can track it through the my choice app. But I couldn't see anymore than I know. They then informed me that it was my responsibility to contact the courier which I informed it wasn't as they chose the courier. I asked for a full refund or a replacement to which I was told I'd have to send the itemBack.. however I explained again I didn't have the item in the first place and I didn't know where it was.. I was then told that this was the only way I would recieve a refund. I told them I'd take further action in this matter and the online chat staff said that it was with the courier and due to be delivered today at the specified times..They then decided that they can process a refund at that point, fully for my order. He gave me a reference number and informed me it would be on my original payment card 3-5 business days. I thanked him and came off the chat, at which point my order arrived (a number of hours late) so I went back on the chat and explained everything in the hope that they can stop the refund. They did and toldMe that the person only refunded one item, not both I had purchased, there was a patlrtisl refund I was entitled to for lateness and this would take upto 2 weeks.The fact that the previous assistant agreed I was getting a full refund when I wasn't isn't the best when he only did a partial refund but said it was full and then inform me of incorrect days speaks volumes. I'm my opinion k feel this company lies and what annoys me they have gotten away with it.

I ordered a headset and I received an empty bottle. The customer service said that they opened an investigation, but they stopped answering and didn't take any responsibility. Is a scam, don't buy products here.

No customer service

QC headphones sent for replacement under warranty. Rang multiple times to find out where replacements are, last I was told they’d be shipped today and would receive a tracking email within 24 hrs. Never received. Rang again and told “system is updating so can’t access any customer accounts”. Abysmal. CC chargeback incoming.

Not worth the money

Bought the Bose QC Ultra Earbuds and the sound is good but connection is appalling. Also whenever I take a step it makes a loud banging sound so no good for running or high impact sports. Noise cancelling is not exceptional and shortcuts are soooooo bad and never work. There’s a setting that can’t be changed whereby if you tap the earphone it pauses the music, but it’s soooo frustrating cause it pauses if you adjust the earphone or tap it with your arm if your exercising. And then if you tap again to play the music again it’s non responsive. Honestly wish I’d just stuck to AirPods. It was not worth the money spent at all. Also the charging seems to be bad, and the earbuds don’t last very long, battery time is poor.

Bose earbuds have gone almost inaudeble…

Earbuds have gone almost inaudeble despite all trouble shooting tips and tricks including updating firmware. Failed only 1 month after 2 year warranty mark! Contacted Bose. No repair offered, only another pair for 20% off! Oh Please. Apple all the way next time with Apple Care. Truly a perfect example of built in obsolescence....Awful customer service.
