I ordered an item from Bose. It was due for delivery on 31 Dec. It did not arrive. I contacted their customer services. I was told delivery had been attempted. It was not. I was repeatedly assured it would be delivered in 1 Jan. Of course it was not. Still in communication with them now. Lie after lie after lie. Customer service is a game to them where they treat their customers as being stupid.
Purchased some QC 35 headphones from the Bose shop in London in 2016. They have now developed the powering on by themselves fault that loads of other people have encountered. I contacted Bose and they said as they are out of warranty they can offer me a discount on the QC 35 version 2. There discount was for me to have them for £239.99. They can be purchased in most shops for £199.Will never buy another Bose product after this.
Never purchase from Bose. They have completely abandoned their customer service. I waited weeks with no correspondence, to be then be told I would not be receiving my purchased goods. It’s appalling, all of the major tech brands do it so much better. Don’t waste your money.
I ordered some headphones direct from Bose and then need to cancel my order.Tried to email, no response. Chased via email and get an automated response to call them. Try to call them and the line is dead.Placed my order last week, it now shows as completed but with no tracking info.This is the WORST customer service ever. How Bose are still in business I will never know. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Simply pathetic company with zero costumer service - I will never buy Bose again. I bought a set of wireless headphones over 3 weeks ago - when purchased the advert said 'dispatched within 3 working days' well here we are 3 weeks later still no headphones, I've emailed them twice but no response, tried calling and I'm put on hold endlessly - they are the worst of all companies and yet they masquerade as these pillars of the audio world - PATHETIC.. I will NEVER buy Bose again - sorry Sonos, I will never cheat on you again!!
Products great but delivery and customer service is very poor. Caught out by Brexit and unprepared. Call centre not great with staff reading off a script and overall pointless. Maybe wait 6 months before ordering until they get organised or purchase from retailer.
Ordered the Quiet Comfort earbuds on 30th December and was told on the 4th Jan that they had been dispatched. Never happened, then on 8th of Jan email advised they had dispatched item on the 7th Jan. tracking number was wrong! Eventually on the 10th the right tracking number given advising they would deliver via ups on the 14th Jan waited in all day but never came. Called UPS to be told there is a delay and we are unable to give you a date for delivery at this time. Next time I will order from a UK store rather than Bose direct! Useless
Terrible.Ordered quiet comfort on the 29th December - arrived on the 12th of Jan.During the long wait I found someone selling brand new ones for half the price on shpock so I thought I'd go for those and return the Bose ones.Tried to call them right away to cancel so that o could save the hassle of returning etc but it just won't go through to them at all.Then I waited. Received the product yesterday. Have tried and tried to call but it just cuts off straight away.2nd of all there's NO email on the UK website at all.3rd of all when I click on my product in my bose account there is a button there that says return. Click on that and it says page doesn't exist!What on earth am I supposed to do???
