Review Time
ABSOLOUTELY TERRIBLE! Ordered 28th dec and still waiting! Called twice - first time i was told it would be sent out the next day and 5 days later when i call again im told it still hasnt been sent out. I try to cancel and they refuse saying ”its too far in the process”. How can it be too far in the process if its still in the warehouse? All you are doing is stealing peoples money!
Ordered a soundbar on 29 December. Item shown as in stock at the point of order. Order showed as "completed" on my online account the same day. Email confirmation states "Subject to stock availability and authorisation of payment, you will receive an email confirmation within 2 business days. This email will contain a reference number that will allow you to track your order."I've heard nothing from them since.I've had to phone twice. Both times I've been told "It's awaiting collection from the courier". And that "Because of the new trade deal... Unfortunately our warehouse is in Belgium".Other companies are managing to ship goods to the UK from Europe in two working days (another company I ordered from on Wednesday, shipped Thursday, arrived Friday). This is an excuse and not a reason.I asked to cancel the order so I could buy from someone like John Lewis who have it in stock, and was told that I can't, as the order has progressed too far through their system. The products might be great, but their supply and logistics leave much to be desired
I bought the QuietComfort earbuds and have yet to receive them despite being charged twice for them. I phoned their customer service who were very clearly reading from a strict script and therefor not directly answering certain questions when asked. I told them of the double charge and they told me that on their system my order is still processing so I cannot have been charged yet but I have! They told me to contact my bank and cancel the transaction and said there was nothing they could do. I also can't find an email anywhere on their uk site so I can send them a copy of my bank statement otherwise its just "I say you say" over the phone.
I feel quite disappointed with the service from a renowned company like bose because the product I bought was ment to arrive in 3 to 4 days but it has been 5 days and it still has not arrived and when I contact customer service they tell me to head to UPS and tell me to give them number that I have not received, this is outrageous and I think that any new customers thinking to buy from bose should buy from argos, currys pc world or other stores because at the time of this email 55% of people rate bose as 1 star and the customer service people think that customers talk to them for a chat and think that the customers don't think before they talk to them. This is not the service I expected for such a high price because even a pocket calculator is better than customer service at bose. I feel frustrated and terrible. And after a hour of talking they have finally said that we will recive a email about our order. This is not service I expected from a company like bose
Worst customer service ever. Have contacted Bose customer service 4 times last week regarding product information (NC 700), I wanted to buy and USB Link module which I ordered. The representatives were dishonest and kept on giving wrong information rather than saying they didn't know.Regarding product info, the representative very confidently told me that USB wasn't compatible despite this information contradicting with what was mentioned on Bose Website. So I had to challenge her.Secondly, asking for my order status which hasn't been shipped / made ready to ship yet, the representative kept on blaming Brexit, border closure, which has nothing to do with making order ready to ship. These factors would come into picture once item is dispatched. The representative even went this far telling me that due to Brexit there were new trade laws in 'practice' which has caused Bose to not make the order ready to ship. Absolutely ridiculous! Even though Brexit is still in transition stage with no changes until 1st of Jan, 2021, Bose seem to have new specific Brexit trade laws made for them which prevented them to make an order ready for shipping. I am not sure if I would classify this reasoning as ridiculous or hilarious, either way I couldn't stop banging my head while laughing hysterically!
Ordered items that were promised as Christmas delivery but after making enquiries as to why I had not been sent delivery information was told delivery would be 30th December. On 30th December delivery between 10-2pm was promised but had not arrived by 2.50 and no update received. Queried with Bose (as UPS do not have live tracking information) to be told “hopefully it’ll arrive in a day or 2”! Shockingly the poor service
speakers stopped working after a decent period of time BUT despite being a current product Bose will not sell replacement drivers. This means that a £500 product - 2 considerable lumps of plastic is heading for landfill. The driver is removable - 3 screws (30 seconds to do) so there is no reason why replacement drivers cannot be provided. Will replace with the TIC product. No matter how good these speakers are when new, this company is an ENVIRONMENTAL DISASTER.
Brilliant service and product!Got a pair of Bose Alto frames from their Brent Cross store and they are brilliant, sound quality is excellent and they are really comfortable.I went onto get prescription lenses made to replace the existing tinted type , and that, unfortunately, is another story, but that bears no reflection on Bose.Well done guys, keep it up!CheersJack
I have five Bose Smart Speakers. They are great until they go wrong and then forget any idea that Bose is a premium company.One of my Bose 500 got stuck on update after about three months. Bose response was to send the product back to them and they would send it to Belgium for a repair and return it to me at some time (no time frame could be given).So I am going to be without a product I paid for three months ago, because this company don't value their customers enough to send a replacement product or allow an exchange in a store.I'll stick to SONOS in the future, they actually value their customers.
Bose QuietComfort Earbuds. Very expensive and I could not stop them making random phone calls, to random people in my contacts list, nearly every time I put the right one in my ear. They used Voice control on my iphone even though Voice control is turned off on my phone. Will be sending them back.
