Headphones broke a week out of warranty and spoke to Bose on the phone. Woman was very friendly and helpful. I ended up getting a brand new pair sent out to me for no extra cost. One of the best customer support experiences I've ever had honestly. Came here to review cause it was so good and surprised to see loads of bad reviews. Maybe I caught them on a good day!
The ear pads on my QC35 headphones have packed in. In trying to get some replacements I’m shocked to find so many bad reviews. The headphones are great but the cushioned ear pads fail after a while particularly if you often fall asleep with them on.
Disappointing that I have had to chase up my replacement headphones order yet again, 11 business days since I was told my item would be sent to me. Gone onto their whatsapp line to be told that the item was out of stock when the reorder was placed. Well, why wasn't I told this at the time? Now they say it should be sent out in the next day or so, but I'll believe it when I see it. I hope when/if I ever get this replacement, that it does not die on me as I never want to go through this nonsense again. In future I will be looking for another brand. Customer service and clear comms are crucial for good business. Bose needs to get this right.
Ordered headphones on 26 December. Receive order notification but literally nothing else. I decide to call customer support on 21 January. I press the call back option, told my place is the queue is kept. I never received a call back. I ring on 24 January. The customer service told me my order had not gone through due to failing company security checks. 1) Why am I not told about this?!2) They still pre-authorized money on my account... and assured me the money was not deducted but I have no reason to trust them at this point. If I failed security checks, why are they even trying to take money?3) Would you not want to promote to try to pass security checks so I can buy your product? No they are not interested.They cannot even tell me why I have failed the checks. I tried to ask for a complaints address - could not even give me that. They said I would get a email or call in 24-48hrs but I hold zero hope for that.What a waste of time. Never use their website to buy things.
I have a Bose Alexa sound bar system and it a problematic system. It is meant to be able to switch my Samsung tv on which it does most time but more often than not fails to put the sound out through the sound bar and Bose bass unit. I have to unplug the sound bar from the mains and hard reboot it then it works. I have contact Bose on several occasions and it’s been fixed for an few days then it stars happening again. All other function with Alexa works as I have Kassa plugs linked to Alexa for side lights and these work fine. Was looking to Sonas or other makes of sound bars to see if they would be any better. The main reason for using a sound bar is for the sound quality as most modern TV’s have poor internal speakers,and the convenience of voice control.
Ordered an item that was in stock with 4-6 days delivery but after 7 days it hadn't arrivedlogged into their system to track the order but it didn't work.Spent 30 minutes waiting on the phone then requested a call back, they never called back.After 15 days, logged into their system again to track the order but it still didn't work.Just called them again, 20 minutes waiting on the phone but i got to speak to a real person. They say they did not process my order because it failed a security check but i payed through Paypal which i have done so many times before and since, so probably a lie!If they cared about their customers they would have at least emailed to say there was a problem, but they say "they don't have people who can do that".They then suggested i use a local reseller but they dont have this product. Finally they said i can buy direct but must pay through bank transfer! and that is why i am writing this review, in my opinion any company which can only accept payment by bank transfer is in trouble and should not be trusted
Not in stock, yet they took my order for Aviation headset. It was a Christmas present. Customer agent useless when i called. No update a month later. Now trying to cancel order and cannot get them to answer. Very bad customer service, would think they'd do better as they set themselves up as a quality product. Bought headphones elswhere.
Bought a pair of soundsport headphones just over a year ago direct from Bose. All fine. Started to get battery issues after 9 months but put up with it. A couple of weeks over 12 months the battery would only last 2 hours to 2 and a half hours fully charged. I contacted Bose, via WhatsApp which was really convenient to start. I was just under a month outside warranty. Went through trouble shooting which didn't work and despite being outside warranty, the person Gaurav Kumar, advised he would replace with a new pair. Really impressed with the service and way they dealt with my issue.
