Review Time
I'm very surprised to see all the bad reviews on here, I have read most of them and some of the reviews are shocking to hear. However on this occasion I have to say that my experience with Bose customer service was exceptional, and I thought considering the bad reviews I had to leave my review of my experience to let people know Bose can be good as well. I have purchased Bose wireless soundsport earphones for myself more than 2 years ago, excellent sound quality but I had issues with the battery life just coming up to a year of using it- once fully charged and using the earphones on route to work the battery goes down significantly, one time from 100% down to 28% and my commute to work is only 30 minutes! I contacted Bose via Whatsapp to explain, and they took my details, serial number etc and they were happy for it to be replaced! Easy process for it to be sent to Belgium, packing slip and instructions were sent to follow. And it took about 2 weeks delivery from initial contact to me receiving the new headphones- perfect!Just recently I accidentally placed my newish earphones on the kitchen counter and part of the wire of the earphones was placed on top of my electric hob not realising the cooker was just recently used by my partner, therefore the rubber casing had melted!!- fuming!!!!I had no idea if Bose could help as there was no way I could have fixed this myself. So I thought I'd get in contact with them anyway but this time I think it was via support, under service and repairs on the website. They replied back to me pretty much instantly and advised me to send my damaged earphones and they will be able to replace them!! Again they emailed me the packing slip to be sent to Belgium via free post UPS and it only just arrived yesterday which took exactly 12 days to arrive!!!I'm hoping to have no issues with these new ones, as I want to evaluate the battery life on these wireless soundsports. The previous ones have been fine since damaging them but I'm hoping to see the battery life will be fine in the long run. Thanks Bose for your customer service! I hope you guys read this and look into consistently giving this type of service to all your customers having read poor reviews on trustpilot. My earphones only costs about £130, yet other products can go up to thousands, so you should consider looking into your customers reviews. Service and after sales is very important in a business, it should be consistently top notch considering the prices of your products.
I ordered & paid for a sound wave system at the beginning of Dec. Money taken from account immediately.Invoice arrived stating order would be delivered in 10th Dec... Hadn’t arrived so e mailed the address of the sender, as advised to infirm of any delivery problems within 5 days... impossible to do this, as e mail address is an unattended site... customer service number cuts off or states it’s presently closed!!!As far as I can see this is a fraudulent transaction & I will be getting in to American Express to infirm them of this issue & demand a full refund... I truly wish I had seen these reviews before buying..Have had super products through a direct retailer before.. but alas shop has closed down.Have purchased sound buds.. but was able to do that through John Lewis..A reputable company... unlike Bose !!!
I had an issue with the cushions for my Bose headphones falling off. I spent days on a customer service WhatsApp service, mostly getting messages asking several times for my serial number, even though I had given this in the first instance of my complaint. Most of the reply’s came in the middle of the night. Due to the time difference of the customer service people handling my complaint.Finally on the 23rd of October I received confirmation that they would replace the headphone cushions free of charge... yippee I thought.It’s now the 27th of November and I have recurved nothing from them... so I went onto their WhatsApp service to complain again and guess what? They want my serial number!!!!I have several pieces of Bose Audi equipment in my house, which I intent to change for a more reliable supplier...
Never delivers on timeBose.co.uk promises to deliver the item by a date. But the item never arrives on that date. Shameful service from them. On top of it they use UPS for delivery which is the worst courier service company in UK. No delivery date, delivery window, take a week to deliver item once its in UK et al.. Customer service completely unhelpful listens to everything you say but does not provide any meaningful resolution. Atleast good that there is someone you can talk to compared to their partner UPS who just hangs up. Their quality of products is not as great as it used to be as competitors have definitely caught up, but I do like them and normally lasts for a good time.However their poor delivery service and worst customer service make me give a 1 star.

However on this occasion I have to say that my experience with Bose customer service was 2nd to none!I popped into the Bose shop in town with a pair of wireless earphones that weren't charging (the reason I did this was navigating the websites wasnt easy but I'm not reviewing that). I was told due to lockdown it would be quicker if I called customer service, which they gave me the number for.I called the number and from there everything was easy and straightforward. The earphones were still in warranty, so I was informed I'd receive a new pair.I sent off the broken 1's a couple of days ago and I've just received an email with the delivery date for a new pair.The customer service representative was so lovely and helpful. The whole process was so easy!I think this shows you maybe need to go old school and speak to a human for a better chance of a 5* experience
Having issues with soundlink color speaker that won’t turn on and/or charge. I did my research online before calling Bose and tried all of the troubleshooting as this is a well documented problem. None of this worked so I tried using the chat function to speak with a customer service rep. There are unnecessarily long delays, many times overnight, and the representatives still have not addressed my problems. Tried calling Bose and after waiting online a representative did nothing to help me and only offered to sell me another speaker. Terrible products and even worse customer service. I highly recommend going with another brand, Bose has clearly gone downhill.
Had a number of Bose products over the years, all were high quality. A pair of sleep buds I had recently purchased, developed a minor physical issue. I called customer service to ask advice and spoke to a very polite and helpful young lady. She immediately said we are going to send you a new pair. What fabulous customer service. I will definitely be buying from them again.
NoT bought anything yet and looks like I won't really bother..as trying to ask technical questions about dolby atmos etc. ....as bose don't yet do this...got connected to some ignoramus foreign speaking person who doesn't have a clue about my question let alone bose products! !!!@
