Bose Frames just stopped after 16 months of light use. I had to fill out all sorts on their support page only to then get a message that it was out of warranty but they would sell me a new pair for £50 off - it was out of stock and I'd have to send the broken ones to them first too. Quick search on Amazon and got the same ones for next day delivery with 3 years' warranty for £50 less than their discounted offer. Very poor. If I had not invested in prescription lenses, I would not have bought another pair. Good product, terrible company that has been burning their customers more and more judging by their declining ratings. I recommend you avoid them if you can.
Quite possibly the worst headphones I've had! Battery lasts about 3 hours if your lucky, case has to have battery to control them and turn off Bluetooth otherwise they just drain power. Touch control is useless, as is the volume control as it seems to do what it likes. These were a replacement for Bose Sports inear ones as battery died on those and then had Bluetooth issues when they did work. Wouldn't recommend
We were initially told that it would take 2-3 weeks for a product repair, it is now 5 weeks and we still have to chase them for an update, i am tired of explaining to every agents over again and again. Every time i contact them they would give me different story and million miles away from their promises to deliver the product.
I have brought bose speakers since the early 90s. They have all been outstanding The smart speaker 500 is the worst peace of rubbish i have come across. You conect to your phone. Select a song and it plays it. But then it takes over and plays what it wants. If you try to select a deferent song you will find you are disconected and cant re conect to chose what you want to play. I do not want something that thinks it knows better than you what you want
Bought a Bose Lifestyle cinema surround sound system a week or so before lock down. Before purchasing the system I had their Bose engineer out to survey where the system was going etc. I have a comms cupboard about 5 / 6 metres from where the TV is situated. He told me that the system would have to be fitted in the same room as the TV and he didn’t think the remote would be able to connect to the system if it were in the comms cupboard. At this stage I told him that if this was the case I would not be buying the system as I don’t see the point of having a wall mounted TV and all sorts of equipment below it taking away the flush fitting look. At this point he changed his mind and said “ Not to worry as there is ways that he can get it to work in the comms cupboard and he would get it sorted so the system could and would be fitted where I wanted it. Well two years later and I have a multi thousand pounds system in my cupboard that I can’t use from my TV room I have brought this to the attention of the engineer and the shop that I bought it from but because of lock down no one could come out and no one was in the shop. Eventually after easing of lock down rules the engineer came back out but couldn’t do anything and made out that he told me there was this possibility , but when I reminded him that he said he would get round the issue and this was the very reason I asked him to come out and do the site survey , he had a convenient mind block and the Bose shop on Ingram Street , Glasgow have not been much better. Needless to say , they have my money and I have a piece of useless plastic junk system in my cupboard that I can’t use from my TV room , so if I want to use the system I have to go to the comms cupboard , change channel , increase volume or whatever I want the remote to do then return to the TV roomTo add insult to injury , one of the speakers was vibrating and when I brought this to the attention of the shop they told me it must be something next the the speaker that is causing the vibration as Bose equipment doesn’t fail ?? The speaker is on the ceiling ?? What could be next to it ?? I had to send them videos of me watching a movie with my phone next to the vibrating speaker to hear the vibrating. To their credit they sent me a new speaker and when I asked who was fitting it , they said that I can fit it as it’s not too difficult. After the amount of money I spent buying the system and the amount I paid the engineer to fit the system (for the time he was at my house and the amount I paid him , he’s not too far off football players wages ) I would have thought , given it was a warranty claim , that they would have at least came and fitted the speaker. Anyway , two years later and the system won’t work at all now. I would welcome any feedback or even better contact from Bose UK
Wow. Ordered some earbuds on 21/02/22. Then got daily email about how the order was held up at Brussels customs. Sorry, blah, blah. Then got an email today saying that I had failed to collect them, and that date of delivery according to UPS was on 03/01/22 - so delivered to somewhere else 2 months before I ordered them??? Contacted customer service and they said they would 'try' to cancel the order and refund me. Just wow!
