Ordered a Stressless armchair online. Price was excellent and free delivery....suppliers much more local to me couldn't match it. Communication was spot on throughout with emails being replied to promptly. Delivery was as and when promised. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend
We moved house in December and were on the lookout for a new TV unit. We found a lovely piece by galley and decided to order from Brenthams as was on offer. Communication was excellent , we even had a call from Dan and some photos sent to us to check we were happy with what we were ordering and to advise us we might not get in time for Christmas, which was fine with us. When the unit was delivered direct from galley Christmas eve there was some damage to the unit so I emailed Brenthams, Dan phoned me straight away even though they were closed and organised a replacement unit for the new year. We are delighted with our galley mustique tv unit and would definitely use Brenthams again, a lovely family run business that actually care about you as a customer which you don't get much these days.
