Been looking for a Sherborne Keswick leather recliner chair for sometime and came across Brentham’s website which offered a very good price. From initial contact through to delivery, I have been impressed by the high level of customer service by phone and email that they have given - something that is becoming a rarity today.

I recently purchased a Stressless Magic office chair, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best investments I’ve ever made.The customer service experience was excellent from start to finish. A special mention goes to the delivery driver, Dan, who was incredibly kind and helpful. Despite the challenge of navigating my narrow corridors, he went out of his way to assist me in getting the chair into my home—and we managed it together in the end!I would absolutely recommend Brenthams Furniture to others. Any questions or concerns I had about my order were addressed promptly, which I truly appreciated.If I were to offer one piece of constructive feedback, it would be regarding communication during the lead time. Since my chair had an estimated delivery window of 8–10 weeks, periodic updates during that time would have been reassuring. That said, after reaching out to customer service for a follow-up, I did receive a helpful update confirming everything was on track.All in all, a great experience—thank you again, Brenthams!
We ordered a Tetrad sofa online and the process could not have been smoother. Communications were timely and information precise. Having never visited the store, I was slightly apprehensive but I needn’t have been. The delivery was exactly on time and they even found our very difficult to locate property with no issues whatsoever. I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again.
Excellent customer service from initial enquiry to receipt of goods. Dan went the extra mile on delivery including carrying into desired room, unpacking, making sure power recliner worked and then removal of package materials. Would highly recommend Brentham Furniture and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Our second buy from Brentham Furniture - a British made Bowmore chair. We liked the first one so much we decided to get another. Their price was the best we could find. My husband dealt with the ordering over the phone and found them courteous and helpful. We were kept well informed as to delivery. Very pleased with both our identical purchases.
I wish I would have found Brentham Furniture earlier…. I was searching for a Fama chair and Brentham had the best pricing, which made me order from them. However, the price isn’t the only reason why I am giving 5 stars.Andy was great from the beginning of the purchase process. Guided me through a fabric change after my original choice didn’t hit the mark with my husband. Once my chair was ready for delivery I was amazed with the flow of it. Delivery date was confirmed, the day before Dan reached out to keep me updated and on delivery day I was kept informed of ETA. My chair wasn’t just dropped by the door but carried into my living space room. Great explanation how to best unpack and set it up.Fantastic service!
