I’m very happy with Brentham Furniture! Their customer service was good—they kept me informed throughout the delivery process, calling me a few days before delivery and again an hour prior. The driver was careful with my chair and very helpful, bringing it inside my house. Highly recommend!
Great furniture shop with a very helpful team. I ordered a Tetrad Sofa and the process was very easy and well priced. Andy and the team also went out of their way to ensure a smooth delivery given difficult access to my flat. I'd recommend Brentham Furniture and would definitely use them again.
....Stressless furniture. Apart from having the lowest prices including delivery, their customer service is second to none. Ordering was simple and efficient, despite the fact that I was overseaes at the time and had a query regarding the deposit, and delivery couldn't be faulted. Dan (the delivery driver) kept me informed throughout the day regarding arrival time and even suggested we could go out as long as we were back by mid afternoon. He then went out of his way to help upack our sofa and carry it up our narrow side entrance and steps and through the kitchen into our lounge. I would definitely recommend and use Brentham's again.
I ordered a Stressless recliner from Brentham as they were competitively priced compared to other retailers. Communication and assistance with the purchase was excellent from the start, delivery quicker than expected and Dan who delivered, was extremely helpful and friendly on the day. The store is not local to us but would definitely recommend and use again due to pricing and high level of customer service.
