Grown too big. Used to be pleasant shop with a few interesting sculptures. Now too much to enjoy - once you've seen one or two you've seen them all. Masses of stuff for sale at enormous prices. Came with visiting family. Struggled to get lunch there. Having seen their online menu we were looking forward to lunch but nothing on that menu was there and we were told they'd never seen the online menu before. Only 1 veggie option which nobody wanted. Left and had a nice lunch in Dobbies! Used to be free now quite expensive on a Saturday. Won't ever go again.
A fantastic day out with friends! Plenty of things to see and also very interesting! Only managed to see half of the park but would definitely visit again!As the Eco leader at school I noticed that there are lots of educational resources available and I would be very interested taking my class there on a trip!The children would love seeing all the different Disney characters too! Overall a fantastic day out!
Myself and wife reached out to The British Ironworks to help with a raffle prize for our fundraiser for a local charity, Nightingale House Hospice. They were very happy to help us out and donate a prize for this charity event. Have also visited the Ironworks previously with the children. Lovely place to visit. Kids loved it ❤️
I'm in the process of planning summer activities for a group of children and young people with disabilities based in Wrexham. The customer service from the Ironworks has been quick, helpful and informative. We have been communicating via email. They have provided information for our risk assessment which has saved us a lot of time and they promoted attractions & things to do on the day we were unaware of. They have thought of every question and answered it in their school/group information pack.Our children are really looking forward to attending!
Fab local attraction who support local charities, rescues and independent companies. Great cafe, kids play area Nd sculpture park. The staff are friendly and always on hand to answer any questions. We never come away empty handed or hungry :) a great day out for the family. Thank you so much for supporting Shrewsbury Rabbit Rescue in raising funds for supporting those who need the upmost care.
Absolutely amazing experience here with our family incredible to see what they do it's a must do if you are in the area. You can spend the whole day here and it's not expensive. Thankyou to the brilliant helpful staff that couldn't do enough for us.Also thankyou to Rosie who has donated a prize to our charity event we Hooe to raise alot of money with the item.
From the first enquiry about organising a visit to the Ironwworks to the actual day of the visit, every query was dealt with proficiency and immediately. Our Art group thoroughly enjoyed the experience of all the larger than life sculptures. At the end of the visit we were thanked and all received a complimentary ice cream and tickets for a return visit. Many thanks for the personal touch.
