Will highly recommend avoiding these guys, wanted to buy a car through finance, after I found the right car and we decided to apply for finance they said it's needed to pay a deposit of 100£ in order for them to apply for finance and that in case I won't like the offer this amount is fully refundable.For a car of which the price was 10k I had to pay in total 15k, for which obviously I didn't like the offer so I asked them just to process that refund. It's been a month already since they promised that it will be done in a few days, now they are not answering the messages and they blocked my phone number.If they behave like that when it's a situation regarding 100£ I can imagine how they will behave in more expensive ones.
I felt compelled to leave another review following purchasing a car at Browns. Car had some trouble (these things happen) but Browns went above and beyond to sort it. Pleasure to deal with, nothing too much trouble and even sorted us out another car to use while ours was being fixed. Credit to all the guys for being so professional throughout. Bought 4x4 , lots of repairs identified. Advised after three weeks they would be completed . Unfortunately I’ve had to pay £700 to recitify jobs that we not done or agreeing to do.After holding onto the vehicle for three weeks, the vehicle was returned with half tank fuel used .Deflated and unsatisfied, based on their own prestigious reviews Disappointed with no honest job for honest money .
